“I’ve been using thus for some time and I gave to say that as with everything the prices have risen, but the bars are literally half the size. If you’re hopping v yo make things smaller then at least change the packet do it’s not do noticeable very poor”

Hi Molly, thanks for leaving a review. I can relate about the prices going up but unfortunately in this economy we had no choice but to follow the lead of our suppliers etc. In regard to the bars, it is something we have raised with the factory because the product has not changed. If you weigh them, you will see the same grammage as always, however the mould in the latest batch was different meaning they are shorter but fatter, which gives the appearance of them shrinking. I don't think it looks great and we are sorting the issue for the next batch but don't worry, you still are getting the same amount of product just in a different shape.

“Sorry can't recommend. 😡Much better VLCD diet products by other companies available. Crisps absolutely awful like eating cardboard so dry in mouth - birds may enjoy rest of bags. Soup dreadful even after whisking product after following STW instructions to mix. Powdery feeling/texture in mouth. 🤮 Cereal and porridge just about ok. Only product ok - though expensive for what it is are the meals in pouches to heat in microwave to serve with added salad or vegetables. M&S, Waitrose etc for example sell calorie controlled meals that are much tastier for a lower price. All in all very dissatisfied and disappointed in STW. Glad I only spent minimum to try. Do not recommend”

“I have tried other similar type brands/diets but I have to say Shake That Weight are the best I have tried. From the easy to use website, to the communication to the products I absolutely highly recommend. Even when there was an issue with my order, they phoned me and resolved the issue and next day I had my order on my doorstep with the agreed replacements. So great customer service backed up with some nice tasty products from the breakfasts, bars and ready meals I actually enjoy meal times as opposed to endure them as I have in the past. What makes them stand out is the choice of different flavours and styles meaning a much more varied meal choice, just wish I had tried them sooner. I will definitely be using them in the future thank you Shake The Weight.”

“Well I have just started today and looking forward to find out after a week of having diet. My only concern is that all products are different in calories including ready meals which makes it hard to stay on 800 calories which I have selected. Well I have tried my best to plan it but let's see”

“I did the Cambridge diet 16 years ago and I did well. This time I wanted a company that supported the NHS Diabetic remission project and Shake that Weight do and was afordable. I am on my second week as and so far only one flavour is not to my liking. But the rest are lovely. The pouch Meals and like home cooking but less of it. The parcel Company deliuvered my parcel to the wrong address and the resident opened it. This is not an issue with Shake that weigh but in their poor choice of delivery company”

“If you are looking for somthing that is effective and well priced, then Shake That Weight is probably for you. They have an excellent range of products from shakes to meals. They cater for vegan, gluten free and other dietry issues. I cannot recommend them enough. Once you have started with Shake That Weight, you'll come back for more.”

“I used Shake That Weight meals to help with thr management of my type 2 diabetes. This was a three month program managed by Xyla Health and Well Being via the NHS. At the start of the program I had a hb1ac score of 70 and weighed 99kg. By the end of the program, my weight had dropped to 74.9kg and my hb1ac to 43. Many thanks”

“What can I say the chicken curry and brown rice meal is absolutely delicious 🤤 and filling and the chicken soups and the pea soups are delicious as well I’ve got to try the tomato soup yet but so far absolutely delicious”
