“I continue to like the porridge, and the shakes especially banana & strawberry, the chocolate and peanut bars are also great, I do not like the meals (chicken noodles etc as it is to sloppy no texture to the meal”

“The selection of flavours is far wider than other similar diets and is far more cost effective. Most importantly the myriad flavours are delicious, so I don't feel I'm missing out. I have a way to go, but I have lost 1 stone and 9lbs in just under 6 weeks!”

“I have successfully lost a considerable amount of weight using the shakes, and greatly reduced my type 2 diabetes. Blood pressure is good, as well as pulse rate and cholesterol. All done with minimum exercise because of the plan I have chosen. Great variety of flavours with the shakes, and also the bars. I have tried the dried packets of food, but they are not my personal flavour or favourite. I will try others in the range but so far sticking to shakes and bars.”

“I am loving the products so far. I used Exante for years, but they changed their recipes and I find their products completely unpalatable now. Please don’t change your formulas and recipes, as it’s such a relief to find VLCD products I actually enjoy again ❤️. I find the products a little bit on the expensive side. The 28 day bundle is fantastic value though but not all products are vegetarian friendly. On the whole, I am really pleased to have found STW.”

“Had my first packet last nigh Spaghetti Bolognaise and was surprised in the taste. Was not sure about the taste at first as thought it would not be nice as it was dried but once cooked it looked and tasted just like it would have been had a made it normally”

“I love Shake the Weight products, my favourite is the Spaghetti Bolognese and the Curry Noodles. The Museli bars are also a great choice for a meal on the go. The only downside is the long wait for the water flavourings.”
