“I am very pleased I have discovered STW products. If you are genuine about losing weight and give the diet a chance, it really does work. I use the shakes mainly, but have started to add in the soups in the colder weather and for a change in taste. The shakes and soups are tasty and filling and quick and easy to prepare. It is easy to place an order and the service I have received is excellent.”

“I have tried a few VLCDs (very low calorie diets) over the years and I'd say that 'Shake That Weight' is by far the best: For variety, easy use and the tastiest meals. The ready meals I think are better than the dried packs (it is so nice to tuck into real meat and the flavour of the sauces are delicious. It's proper food whereas the dried packs are more like pot-noodles. It's worth paying the extra for the ready pack meals). The soups and the shakes blend with the liquid very quickly and are not lumpy like other similar diets I've tried. I prefer the shakes that are mixed with milk (e.g. vanilla, chocolate, banana, etc). The others are less creamy and not as enjoyable (e.g. tropical, cherry bakewell). I've bought my second monthly bundle and am in my 5th week of doing a 'total plan' (800 calories a day). I'm never hungry and my weight is slowly but surely heading in the right direction! I feel very safe and comfortable on this and highly recommend STW to people wishing to follow an easy diet. However, one 'thumbs down' is the bacon omelette. I have tried making scrambled egg (and an omelette) but there is no getting away from the fact it is far too salty and therefore not like eating real eggs. If perhaps small bacon bits were added to the packs or the salty bacon flavour ditched for plain egg, it might improve the taste. I have a couple of packs if anyone wants a swap?”

“Love these shakes and bars best I've had. Lemon bar is to die for. Had strawberry banana white chocolate and cherry Bakewell all been great east to mix. No horrible aftertaste and no dodgy stomach”

“I have been using Shake That Weight on & off for years now and although I only buy Bars & Shakes (as you seem to have discontinued the ONLY ‘meal’ I liked - Ham & Mushroom Pasta Soup) - I really like the products I order! I must say though that it is frustrating when lots of things are out of stock which seems to happen every time I order!”
