“Received my second order this morning after a challenge to have the order delivered - instructions to leave with a neighbour or at the rear porch was not read by dpd which meant I had to collect at the post office on my way to the airport. After checking the items I ordered it is 2 weeks short and I will follow up - to shake that weight, don’t accept the order if you can’t deliver the items - disappointed as I am leaving the country for 6 weeks and have only 4 weeks of main meals to take with me!”

“Although I haven’t tried the full product range, those that I have are delicious, full of flavour and very satisfying. My particular favourites are the milk chocolate bars and chocolate porridge.”

“Excellent tasting options - second 8 week batch for 5:2 eating - not one for chocolate flavoured meals but plenty of good tasting other options- would be good to see more soup varieties”

“I bought these ready meals for my car emergency kit but have tried a few of them and they are excellent. It's a pity the Best Before Date is only one year. Other than that they are great. A++++”

“I have tried both the chicken meals and the shakes and I love them. As I have not long had them I haven't seriously taken any weight measurements, but I hope that I do ' shake the weight' that I managed to gain over Christmas and more.”
