“What can I say the chicken curry and brown rice meal is absolutely delicious 🤤 and filling and the chicken soups and the pea soups are delicious as well I’ve got to try the tomato soup yet but so far absolutely delicious”

“Currently on day four, absolutely love all the shake flavours.. tomato soup was surprisingly nice and the coconut bar! Wasn’t a fan of the apple and cinnamon porridge, had a weird aftertaste. Meals very filling, super pleased so far.”

“Have been using the original porridge made with water for breakfast every day for the last year! To be honest I would swear made with milk as very creamy!Just add berries to make it vey filling. I have lost just under 4x stone in the last 12 months so happy to continue using this product...”

“I've only ordered the bars and they are excellent. Most meal replacement bars taste chemical but STW bars are delicious. The only problem is there's a lot of bars I want to buy but they're out of stock.”

“Good products reasonable prices and a very good range of flavors. They are easy to mix, I always add 6-8 ice cubes then put in my blender makes a super thick shake.”

“I started with the tester pack for a few days, loved all of it, so then ordered a 2 week bundle to try more products, only 2 days in but have not found any products yet I don't like, I have experience with VLCD so I know what to expect, having been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, this will help reverse this, fingers 🤞”

“I did Lighter Life about 3 years ago, list weight quickly and pleased with the outcome. I loathed their main eats however. STW products are so much nicer, really impressed. Just wish the products were cheaper. Too expensive so can’t do this diet for too long. Thank you”
