“We as a family have bought at least six vehicles from the garage over the last few years. We have always dealt with the same salesman and actively seek him out on each occasion. We have always been happy with the vehicles,the staff,the service we receive and the garage in general. Our recent purchase put a little dampener on the previous feelings. We attended a couple of weeks after they reopened with an open mind as to the make and model ofvehicle we wanted. We test drove a number before I settled on a newish i10, all was fine and we agreed to collect it the following week. When we returned we expected the vehicle to be ready to take away, it wasn’,t on the forecourt. Eventually it came but a big chip and crack in the centre of the windscreen hadn,t been noticed. Two small rub marks on the bumpers to be touched up were still “wet”. We were told the windscreen damage would be an advisory note on a mot test and that if we fixed it on our insurance the excess would be reimbursed. To be fair we were given the option to forget about the purchase but I really liked the car. The damage was fixed at no cost to ourselves and I now have the car I wanted. But I was a little disappointed by the experience,not to the usual standard.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Communications, people, value for money and overall customer experience were excellent. Their Jeep specialist, Nick, was a star. He made sure we knew everything there was to know about our Jeep - which included ensuring that the test drive was robust enough to satisfy the practical, in use, questions.”

“I just purchased my 7th car from SG Petch in York. I cannot fault them in any way. The salesman James was absolutely on the ball and covered any queries quickly and with a smile. As ever the deal to change was excellent and I was very happy with it. In fact, they sometimes make me wonder why some people choose to criticise a main dealer. I am now delighted wiht my 7th purchase of an ex demo MHEV Sportage. .”

“Car bought on line, price agreed and car delivered as agreed. The whole transaction was smooth and easy. The only downside, the car was supposed to be registered to my wife, when the registration came back it was in my name, I assume this was an admin error, Joseph assures me this will be rectified, although it may take some time.”

“Service during restrictions has been amazing. A detailed video was taken as we couldn't view the car in person. The processes we're straight forward and simple. Covid rules were followed at all times. The agent who dealt with me was fantastic can't fault them. A trusted car retailer in my opinion, who I would definitely buy from again and recommend others.”
