“Fantastic service , Adam was wonderful kept us up to date with everything . The timescale on waiting for a new car was extremely impressive and low within 3 weeks from the day we went into see Adam and start the process . “Overall experience was good, however the car/model didn't have all of the features of previous car. Oversite on my side but it could have been pointed out during the sale. We would probably have gone with the top spec model and paid more.”

“Durham Seat just bought my 3rd car from them Rebecca was very good only took my car for service resulted in me ordering a new one bit of a wait before I get it but worth the wait one thing I noticed not very keen on giving add ons free as my car is top off the range spec I thought they would have given me diamond bright thrown in they did on the last one”

“This is about the 9th car I’ve bought from S G Petch. It was a little stressful this time as the salesman I normally deal with had retired. The new salesman I was dealing with then left. So another salesman took over and managed to sort a car out for me. All good in the end”
