The delivery was longer than expected but appreciate out if your hands. Car was being purchased in Sons name but has been registered in mine in error but not able to rectify from your side so not very impressed

The disability salesman didn’t explain all the items on my new car. I’m still finding out and myself and he was very quiet and talking, which I found very difficult to understand him

The car arrived when booked and was very satisfied with the driving pleasure. Salesmen were helpful and polite offered plenty of coffee. Follow up could be better. I needed to ask about after sales service.

I was delighted with my new car, however I was advised that I would receive a small sum of money which I have not received and after numerous calls and promised call backs as yet I have still not received an answer to my query

Pleased that the car arrived ahead of schedule, however, dissatisfied with the fact that I was advised the car was ready to drive away on Friday morning as arranged. Upon collection and looking the car over it was clear that this had been rushed just to get it out of the salesroom. There were drops of water on the inside of the seats and slight smudges on the windows which prove it was given a quick clean. As I was excited to take the car after waiting so long I decided to take the car away even though it still had orange dot stickers on the wheels. The sales service was great before hand but at this point was no apology given.

Even though I’ve received this email from yourselves and one last week from Peugeot asking me how I like my new car…..I haven’t yet received it and I don’t know where it is!

Waited 3 weeks for my car to be ready for pickup due to a part shortage, told it had been serviced to find it has a warning light on the dash ? still waiting for the service history to be forwarded to me, I was told it had a full service history , we will see?

Sales rep was good and give plenty information his name was Ray Yates. I am not happy with the after service care. Husband car we got had a a dent in door on passage side front. It took 7 weeks get sorted. Car had go in for warranty work before dent was seen week later it was. My car had engine managerment light on 2 weeks ago. Rang Durham branch no one got back to me till 3 hours later so I rang Darlington branch up got call back within hour. Courtesy car had be back in on day you get it. I thought courtesy car is with you till get car back in return. Luckily car was back with me within 4 hour's. The prices you would like charge for new wipers blades is nearly triple to what i had pay from family memeber.

There was a long delay in receiving the items and no communication about it till I rang to find out what was happening . Was told they were coming from another branch and would be with me 2 days later - which they were . So communication and delay poor but ultimately goods delivered as ordered

The overall experience of purchasing my car from SG Petch was pleasant as the salesperson assisted the sale as expected. We were able to look around the car and inspect as well as test driving the vehicle. Only a couple of things. 1. The car could have been valeted properly before being collected. There were dirt marks on the roof liner that could have been brushed out in some places but the worse marks needed a deeper clean with something. 2. The price of the car was not negotiable at all. on top of this, there was a hidden cost of warranty that was compulsory on top of the cost of the car. If a charge is compulsory, it should be included in the price or a note added to explain that this has to be purchased. I would give 5 stars if it was for the sales experience but the problems with the car bring the rating down to 3 stars. Paying dealership prices should mean the car is spotless and ready to go as a nearly new car to the new owner. This is why you pay the premium on the cost of the car. The previous owner would have received less to reflect the condition.

It was very disappointing on the day i collected my new £20k car, that it barely had any fuel in the tank!! We have had much better handover deals elsewhere.

Inquired about a used car in November and arranged to visit the dealership. On arrival, it took me about 5 minutes to get anyone's attention. I was then handed the keys so I could have a look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I got back to the dealership I spoke to Emma and was given the paperwork to sign. On the day I collected the car, the car had not been taxed and had never been explained to me that it was not in with the price which I found very odd. I had to remind Emma about setting up the service plan and after that handed the keys to drive off, No sales or general manager to thank me for buying from them which I have had at other dealerships when I have brought a new or used car. I have also not had a follow-up call to see if everything is ok. I feel unvalued as a customer

Everything at the beginning of our buying of a Mazda, I was promised a touch up paint in the post for a scratch I wasn’t happy with, non arrived, after telephone conversation I was promised yet again paint through the post, never arrived in the end we had to travel to pick up. Not the type of service I expect after spending thousands of pounds.

So far so good . My car was sold with a one year warranty so it remains to be seen how good their support is . Everything was very quick and extras not explained very well but I take some responsibility for that too .

Initial sales advice was good. Salesman very good in terms of attitude etc. We did feel as if it was us that should be lucky to be buying a car from the garage not the fact out business was valuable. It seems the car market at the moment has made things this way. There was no extra effort given to make us feel our business was valued. Not even a £10 of fuel or car mats in the car. This really annoyed us actually. Once we had signed the car took over a week to get ready. It needed a valet and a couple of brake pads and mot but there didn’t seem any urgency. Lastly upon collection we were told there was no service logs or user manuals with it as all of that was all online!!!!! When we got the car home they were all in a leather pouch on the back seat!!! It just showed how much effort and attention the salesman had given to us or this transaction. If I’m honest upon reflection really not very impressed at all.

I purchased a new Kia in 2019 the sales rep was spot on but after sales not so good why do they need the car for a full day to do a 30 minute job on a recall ? Then have to wait a month to get it booked in just doesn’t make sense ! Now I’m having to look for another garage to carry out the work

i purchased my car, it had damage on the side of the vehicle. repair was carried out when seeing the car in the sun, they have made a terrible job of the repair and very badly polished.. if i was to hand the car back think the finance company would try and charge
