Awful. rip off merchants. They do not use manufacturers recommended oil but will still charge you £29.99 extra for "special oil". Total service to Volvo recommendations but with cheap oil and parts they wanted £600!

Awful company charged over double what the garage would have charged for the same service. Typically no one answers the phone when you call to discuss a refund. Absolute rip off and should be avoided at all costs.

Does anyone have any successful refunds from servicing stop? This was the review that I left on trustpilot yesterday Absolutely horrendous!!! Please do not use this company. Looks like if you drive a bmw or any high spec car they charge for specialist oils. I paid nearly 200.00 and still no car over day late dropping it off!!! No help from customer service as the offices are in London and they are rude and dismissive not to mention disrespectful!!!! Stranded at work with no means to get home and still no car the next day!!! Have no call from service stop... I had to chase them for information as the garage didn’t know anything. When I did speak to them they were threatening and made you feel you had to pay them to get your car back, which I did pay and still no car.... in fact I’m still without the car writing this review. Distressing and scammers!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Does not even deserve 1star, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I booked my daughters car in after a quote of£107 for a full service. They were late picking up the car in the first place, then I recived a phone call from serviceing stop to inform me that I need to pay an extra £122 for specialist oil the car is a standard corsa, and brake fluid, the advisor was rude and patronising. Then put the phone down on me after telling me it’s best if He just resent the info through email, links on email didn’t work , so I ended up having to ring back a premium telephone number and was kept on hold for 50 minutes. Absolutely fuming disgraceful company I have never had to pay extra on top of a full service for oil or any type or f fluids as far as I’m concerned that comes with a full service 😡😡

My car went in for a service, got a call from an advisor who was trying to bully me into having work done on my car which I know it did not as I had recently had an MOT and other work done on the car. I did not get my car back that day, without any notice from servicing stop. I phoned the garage at 6:45pm to be told they had notified Servicing stop. It is now 2pm the following day and still no word when I can get my vehicle, but I had to pay yesterday. All because the garage claimed they ordered the wrong oil filter??? Still waiting. Have emailed their customer line and tried to phone but no one answers. Absolutely shocking service!!!

This company is rubbish, they will try to get more money from you . I paid 127 pounds just for a service which only includes oil change and now I have to pay 24 pounds for the oil that I could of bought myself . the man on the phone was rude and was trying to get more money out of me . avoid this company at all cost . go to an independent garage .

Dreadful company, ripping people off that don't know any better. During these Covid times its hard to find a garage that will come pick up your car, these guys offered exactly that. 3000 miles on the car tired doing an engine flush and change the pollen filter? My mother only needed the car serviced to keep it within warranty. Wanting over 350 for a service.

Booked for between 8 and 12 , then they phone and cancel , they wanted the money upfront ,but it will take 3 weeks to refund me the money ....scammers , avoid .

Absolutely disgusting scammers. Added £260 for lubricants and a pollen filter. Original price for service and MOT was supposed to be £120, I had already prepaid. They hold your car to ransom. I checked what the dealership would change afterwards. £145 with everything included. I didn't get the car back until 9pm. Will never use them again, I wish I had seen these reviews first.

**MUST READ**Please dont use this company" Great idea, appalling execution and service. Listed my issues below: (Trust me its long, but worth a read - and if you value your time and car you wont use this company). 1. **Beware - Distance/catchment range** I was booked into a "local" garage which would have been over 60 mile round trip. (When queried customer service agent informed me they don't work with any local garages in my area (Cheshire) and can offer £25 fuel credit) - At the time I wasn't pleased but thought this was a fair resolution considering I'd pre-paid. 2. **They wont collect your call on time** Collection day - quoted collection time between 08:00 - 10:00am. I receive a call at 09:03am (already 1hour into range) confirming the collection and advised be with me within half an hour. 10:30am my car is still on the path? 3. **None-existent Customer Service** Using the switch board (which is very temperamental - options don't always work, or will hang up) I attempted to speak to a customer service agent. First attempt - on hold 47 minutes for the line to connect after the hold music and then ring out to an EE Voicemail... professional service... I think not? On the second attempt, I managed to speak to someone. I was obviously angry and no empathy or understanding was shown that I was wasting my time. Obvious with the run in above, I wasnt confident in proceeding with the service. I requested a refund. At roughly 1pm a woman from the garage turned up to collect my car (what a joke). I explain to the her the situation and although she was annoyed as she works for a small independent garage and this was a waste of her time to, she said and i quote "Its okay, This happens all the time" Using this info guys, dont be drawn in by the low prices and so called convenience ... its anything but. I have ended up paying for two services at present as i am still waiting for a refund too. so short term using service stop it will cost you more. Some really powerful reviews as well below with people not getting cars back, being told that its not road worthy and signs of bullying to upscale the cost. End of the day if you use these guys... be willing to loose your money, time and faith in humanity! Also if you look at there accounts on Companies House there making a tone of money and offering a very poor service!! Speaking to trusted garages and local independents they all say AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Called to say car had failed M.O.T Bill £682.89 went on line to pay price £867.45 after two days paid £828.45 then received the brake down of the bill , Brake Fluid £77.00 1 Tyre £149.32 Brake pads 2 £165.36 Brake disc 2 £214.96 Total I paid £981.14 They do not answer their phones or emails

Never use this company. They let me down on three separate occasions to pick up my vehicle. Full of promises which they have no intention of keeping. Hard to contact. This has been my worse encounter on the web. Eventually got my money back. I gave them one star because I believe I had a lucky escape.

RIGHT... I own a small independent workshop. I was approached by Servicing Stop last May (2020) to see if I could do some work for them. I agreed and was given a job. So we collected the car, Serviced the car (By the way the price they quote the customer is a FULL SERVICE. Yet they get us to quote them on an oil change only). We MOTd the car, and we delivered the car back to the customer. I called Servicing Stop to tell them job was done. They asked about EXTRA WORK, I said it did not need any, They said surely it needed extra, I said NO. This went on and on. The car genuinely did not need extra work yet I was given a hard time for not UP SELLING services the car did not need. As of yet they have not paid my invoice from May last year and I think they have no intention of paying me. PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY ARE DISHONEST. They expect all their sub contract garages to SELL SELL SELL. NOT MY STYLE if you do not sell extra work to a car (ok some cars need extra but I dread to think what they will charge) Then it appears they will not pay. I will be passing this to a debt collector as they will not even respond to E mails now. If i could give negative stars I would. Please people. Use your local garages directly when you can. The majority are honest and will look after you.

Don't even think of using them. My wife's car was booked in for an MOT & Service to be collected on Friday. They contacted us on Thursday to cancel and rebook for the following Monday. After not being collected on Monday by 10am they again contacted us to cancel. Bearing in mind that they had already taken payment and I am still trying to get hold of them to get a refund. I have made upwards of 35 calls and sent several emails and still no response. Worst customer service I have experienced.

The car was due to be picked up between 8am and 10am, it was eventually collected at 11.15am. Then came the extra charges - I should have known the original price was too good to be true - and now here I am at 6.45pm still waiting for the car to be returned and no idea where my car is or when it will be returned. With customer services closed and no answer on the mechanics phone guess I'll just have to wait ...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Got up early to defrost the car for them and they turned up 3 hours late! Car passed MOT but they tried to charge me nearly £1000 for “advisories”. Had paid for a full service but was charged extra saying my car needed special oil. Phoned me and was extremely patronising, “do you know what a cambelt is Dear?” Wish I had read the reviews before booking, lesson well learnt!

My car was returned from a service with the “service required” light still on, missing it’s Service History book and not having been updated online so basically looking like nothing was done! Trying to get hold of them is a nightmare. You are on hold for at least 30mins and they don’t have full control over the garages as they are privately owned so seem to do their own thing! Never again!!
