“What an absolute shambles this company is. I booked my MOT two weeks ago for 26th June, to be told Friday that it would have to be rearranged to 27th June "due to un-forseen circumstances", only to be contacted again 3 days later asking to rearrange my MOT to 13th July, however my MOT expires on 3rd July. The advisor was most unhelpful and didn't seem to care when I explained that this wasn't good enough. She failed to understand that people book these types of things in advance for a reason and make arrangements specifically for their MOT with regards to work etc only for this company to be messing people around and causing me to run the risk of not getting my MOT done in time. I would 100% avoid this company. Also, this company try and get any bad review they have received deleted! They will report your review to TrustPilot and claim that this is not a genuine review. Extremely dodgy company!!”

“it was the first time I had used this service as I came across them on line when looking for the cheapest m.o.t so I thought id give them a try and was not disappointed the m.o.t went well. once done I paid on line then received a e.mail asking me to leave a review and if did id have a £10.00 refund so making it the cheapest m.o.t id ever had so try serviceing stop whot have you to loose from a happy customer”

“Cheap service and MOT, but as soon as works required they inflate the repair costs. In my case MOT failed, needed break disks and new front wishbones for my focus. They quoted 1100, then reduced to 950. I spoke to an independant garage and they quoted 350, turns out Service stop had almost doubled the garage price! Be very careful before letting them do any work!”

“I have used Servicing Stop for several years now ever since I discovered them. Its so easy. You book online or by phone and that's it. They call on the arranged day and take you car to their workshop. When the MOT or Service is done you get a call to pay by phone and your car is returned to you all done. How easy is that. You don't have to leave the house from start to finish. Best thing is the price it cant be beaten. Long Live Servicing Stop.”

“Overcharged on items I asked not to be done but was done anyway. Brakes left garage with no shims took 3 weeks to get this whole mess sorted without no car. Finally admitted fault and reduced bill A very stressful experience I felt bullied and cheated by trying to be ripped off”

“They collected my car when they said they would and was very friendly. A few hours later my car was delivered back no problems at all. All went smoothly and quickly and was not waiting around in a dirty garage whilst the car was having its MOT. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I booked and got my car serviced using Servicing Stop on 09/03/2017, Ref# 607322. When the car was returned by the Swanley garage staff I noticed there was no stamp put on the service booklet or in the receipt of the work done. So the driver took my service book back with him and told me that he will return it. When I called on 10/03/2017 he told me that he posted it and I should receive it by 13/03/2017. Till date I have not received my service booklet I paid £236.84 for the service and kept chasing customer service at Servicing stop without any resolution. Contacted them number of times but they could not care to investigate and try for a resolution! Stay away...”

“Excellent customer and simply easy. I arrange a day and time online and someone came on that day within the time bracket and collected my car, I got updates throughout the day and my car was returned to me before I finished work at 5!! Will definitely be using again!!”

“I work a lot and had no time to arrange MOT and service traditional way, so went online and booked it at some local garage through this service. It looked very promising, price was good, I asked to put my car through MOT first, then let me know if anything's wrong, then service it. They serviced the car, then put it through the mot and it failed, because of some worn parts: front brake pads, two tires, front part of exhaust and ball joint and then they quoted me 847 pounds to get it done, big LOL. I said I wouldn't pay and wanted my car back, then the garage called and I was told they could do it for 450, I said no, 5 minutes later, another call and 400. This time I told them to bugger off and went to pick up the car myself and went to another garage and was quoted 340 pounds. What a rip off, avoid at all costs.”

“The price to service my van was almost a third of the price quoted by my dealership. The booking process was simple and the communication was very good. It was collected at the time arranged and was returned later that afternoon. What's not to be happy about? This is the third time I've used servicing stop and I've been extremely satisfied each time!”

“Really efficient service. The office member I spoke to was very knowledgeable about what was required and what was more options when reviewing the work to be done. They were very transparent with cost and returned the car before I had to collect my daughter.”

“The servicing stop team are great. The pickup for my car was on time. The guy who picked up the car told me what to expect and left me feeling confident in choosing them to do my MOT. The work was done fast, even with an extra repair done on my car, and got back to my house faster than I expected it. I'll be using them for all my servicing and MOT needs from now on.”

“I thought I would try out Servicing Stop for my car MOT. I found it very easy to set this up and the only issue was that the date I wanted initially wasn't available. I was given the next day instead. I was emailed the details of the garage who would be MOTing my car in advance and the pick up driver collected the car on time and returned it the same day. Fortunately no work was required and the cost of the MOT was half that quoted by other garages and it was less hassle for me in the end (although the garage who came were actually not that local but it made no difference to me or the final cost). I would definitely use them again.”
