“1st time user to Servicing Stop and was extremely happy with the service, friendly man collected car nice and early, when car was ready in the afternoon they contacted me, I paid exactly what I was quoted for (No Extras) and then returned my car to me. I was not inconvenienced in the slightest. Great communication from all and even a courteous call a day after. Have recommend to my friends and family and have just booked in for my car to be serviced and MOT, Cliche quote but they do exactly what they say on the tin!”

“Very easy to deal with, they send email reminders for the next years MOT and service and the pricing is second to none. The actual servicing is done very well also at a local garage who pick the car up and return to suit me. I would not hesitate to recommend their service.”

“Thought I would give them ago. Glad I did, no hassle- no fuss. Came & collected my car, phoned to advise if I wanted any extra's doing & delivered the car back to me the same day. Really pleased I have found a trustable garage who put customers first...quite refreshing!”

“Quick. Prompt helpful staff. Excellent customer service from the call centre and also the local garages. I get my Prius serviced through them saves me a bunch compared to servicing with the manufacturer or other servicing stations. Money well spent and invested”

“This was the first time I have used Servicing Stop and I was very satisfied. First of all I received a phone call the day before from the man who would be collecting the car, to confirm my address and the collection time. He was friendly and polite and the next morning he arrived on time and took my car to the garage. Later that day I received a call from a Servicing Stop adviser, to discuss extra work and costs. E.g. My car needed fully synthetic oil, at extra cost, which I agreed to pay. Also they recommended changing the engine coolant and rear brake pads, but I declined these (the coolant had been changed earlier in the year). The adviser did not pressurise me into having the extra work done. Later I received the email requesting payment, paid the bill online and then I rang the driver to ask if he could possibly bring my car back slightly earlier - he agreed and brought the car back just after 3pm. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would use Servicing Stop again.”

“Decent service, pick up was on time and dropped off perfectly OK. Charged me £24 for "special oils" which I thought was a little bit odd considering I'd paid for a full service and so thought this would be included (the car I had serviced was not high spec - 3 year old Citroen DS3), then also quoted me £235 + VAT for change of 2 tyres which I thought was too steep though they happily returned the car without any issue whatsoever. Would probably recommend though just be careful with additional costs as they will add up.”
