They changed the date of the service twice! In the end had to cancel as the third date avaible was 3 weeks from initial booking!

Terrible service. Cheap rates that you never receive because the garages they use 'aren't available' most the time. Phoned up on a Saturday booked a service and MoT for two weeks time. I was told if there were any issues then I would get a call on coming Monday. 10 days later (2 days before the service date) I receive a call saying that the date that I had requested was not available and provided alternate dates which weren't suitable. Had to book somewhere else on short notice because I was going on holiday the following week. Absolute shambles and very inconvenient. Will not be parting with my money to these jokers anytime soon.

Less than 24 hours before service and mot they phoned up and cancelled and their alternative was for us to drive 1.5 hours each way to take the car to a garage four days later. They offered as compensation discount off our next booking with them - empty gesture. Do not use. Just go to a garage and book the old fashioned way.

Have used this service a few times and always had a positive experience, only downside is my most recent MOT was done and l was given the incorrect certificate by the garage and have called them three times to get the correct one sent to me but to no avail. I understand that's the garages fault, however l think Servicingstop could put a procedure in place where they get sent a copy of the certificate before the car is released perhaps. I am having to waste my time chasing the garage and now l will need to make a trip to them in person so l can eventually get it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The employees are rude and border line threatening. They need remedial training on customer service and their knowledge of their own company polices require serious assessment. Everything that is stated will be done (which I have emails of) is not. I would not recommend anyone to use this company and considering they are proud of being on "dragons den", dragons dens need to evaluate who they do business with more stringently.

BIG MISTAKE- Booked for service after reading positive reviews, but the garage that picked up the car failed to do the service properly first time around and had to re-collect the car to top up fluids as part of the service. god know what else they failed to check. they charged £79 for brake fluid change and £65 for fuel treatment, which made no difference whatsoever which make me think whether they actually did it as they returned the car and hour later. also on driving the car after service they seem to have damaged the underneath of the car as i can hear a knocking noise which wasnt there prior to going into service and neither Servicingstop nor the garage will take resposiblilty. save your money and avoid them at all cost.

I decided to book a service with this company as it was convenient to have the car collected and returned (or so I thought). The day before (in fact the afternoon) a call was made to say we cannot fit you in and pushed us to a date 2 weeks in the future! I chose the date it was accepted so it is not my problem you are not handling your bookings well. Safe to say I cancelled the service and re book my service elsewhere, they called me to confirm the time and said I could bring the car earlier if needed. I would not recommend this company at all.

Massively overpriced, missed vital things, charged me for a bulb they never replaced and cheekily charged me well over £200 quid that another garage did for £60. They offered to refund me the bulb though

I have been a happy Servicing Stop customer for some time, but am now a very unhappy one. My daughter’s car went in for a service & has arrived back not running. It is firing on 2 cylinders only, was returned almost 40 miles in that condition by the garage. The garage that took the car obo service stop were, to be blunt, awful. The loan car broke down on a very busy road & when they were contacted they stated 'sorry, we are closed'. But my contract is not with them, it is with Servicing Stop. I have contacted Servicing Stop, who have stated that I can deliver the car to another Garage, but if the fault is not due to the service works, I will be charged. Service Stop has done something to stop the car running & state that I will be charged if they have done something outside the service works!!! Both Jo-Anne & Imran @ Servicing Stop advised that if there is a fault with a car following a service, the DVLA require the car to be returned to the same garage. This was a lie: The DVLA has no involvement with servicing at all. I do not like being lied to. Servicing Stop state that if I insist that they breach DVLA Regulations (total Porkie Pies) & ask for another garage to inspect the car, there will be a charge to me! They also advise that if the fault is not service related, even though the car was damaged by them, I will be charged! My only option is to have the car inspected & repaired by another garage, bill Servicing Stop & report Service Stop to Trading Standards, The Police (Action Fraud) & the DVLA, which I have done. I light of this, I strongly recommend that no-one ever uses Servicing Stop.

As I have been working in Holland I have used Servicing Stop for a number of years now, great service, easy payment and peace of mind that the car is collected, serviced and returned with the minimum fuss, fantastic service.

Absolute and completely useless, total muppets, booked over a month in advance, received confirmation email, then day before get a call to say they can't fit me in, offering me a date a week later. If you want somebody you can trust to do what they say...dont waste your time with these clowns.

They have tried to remove my reviews on Trustpilot! BEWARE! Absolutely awful - booked in for standard service and MOT for a quoted £105 - a week later and £710 poorer - car has finally been returned. Let me start with the dreadful, slimy customer service agent - Vikash, who was rude, agressive, pushy and unhelpful. I'm sure once he moves on from this company he will be conning old ladies out of their lifesavings for double-glazing they don't need. Horrible man - top tip, make sure your advisors hang up their phones before they continue their conversations. Car was dropped off having not had a peep or problem out of it for the past year. Mysteriously 'overheated' during MOT so they had to abort it, conveniently on the day it expired. Cue string of problems and charges - car was finally returned a week later having cost total of over £710... including £55 for antifreeze.... £17 fee just to pay using your Visa!! I fully believe none of it was needed and will be taking it to Mini for their mechanics to look at. Such an idiot - booked for convenience but anything but, I will use the Mini dealership in future. Don't waste your time or money using these conmen.

Awful liars. I booked a service and MOT. I was called on the day to be told MOT passed but in order to do the service additional work was necessary. The handler seemed desperate for me to accept an increase of just shy of £300 and he didn't hide his irritation at my request for a writen breakdown. I'll not list it all but to give you an idea: £52 (plus VAT) to replace a pollen filter...I caled to query the figures but to my surprise there had been no error and he was sticking to them! I therefore requested my vehicle back and an invoice for the MOT. The hander: Gary, repeatedly told me I'm resposible for the MOT and service cost plus £24 for the 'high performance oil' . When I explained that as the service hadn't been done, I'll not be paying for anything but the MOT. He at first suggest the service had been done but later suggested it was partially done and then repeatedly said that the car was 'sat on the ramp drained of oil' and so they'd have to refill it in order to return it and therefore I have to pay the MOT service and oil costs. This turned out to be a lie and a clear attempt to blackmail me to pay in order to get my vehicle back. The garage later confirmed that they had done no work except the MOT and quote the service. It also later transpired that Service Stop had inflated some items on the garages' quote by 300%

Complete amateurs. No contact to say car completed and car was away for two days. Quoted cheap price then inflated with loads of extras. Covering their poor customer service on trust pilot by reporting bad reviews as false.

What an absolute shambles this company is. I booked my MOT two weeks ago for 26th June, to be told Friday that it would have to be rearranged to 27th June "due to un-forseen circumstances", only to be contacted again 3 days later asking to rearrange my MOT to 13th July, however my MOT expires on 3rd July. The advisor was most unhelpful and didn't seem to care when I explained that this wasn't good enough. She failed to understand that people book these types of things in advance for a reason and make arrangements specifically for their MOT with regards to work etc only for this company to be messing people around and causing me to run the risk of not getting my MOT done in time. I would 100% avoid this company. Also, this company try and get any bad review they have received deleted! They will report your review to TrustPilot and claim that this is not a genuine review. Extremely dodgy company!!

Cheap service and MOT, but as soon as works required they inflate the repair costs. In my case MOT failed, needed break disks and new front wishbones for my focus. They quoted 1100, then reduced to 950. I spoke to an independant garage and they quoted 350, turns out Service stop had almost doubled the garage price! Be very careful before letting them do any work!
