Cancelled on us twice, the first time we were told a day before, the second time we were just left waiting. Had to wait on hold for 90 minutes to get through. Had texts promising a "call to arrange collection" 4 times but never recieved any. Just take your car direct to a local mechanic, these guys are so bad they might as-well be a scam.

You took my car yesterday 14/9/20, gave me no information on where it was being taken too. No information given at all. I have no idea where my car is or what you have done with it. You then left a voice mail and number to call, that number is London based and goes straight to voice mail, attempted to call several times many different numbers, all I want is my car back at this point I do t even care I just want my car back. I have made contact with citizens advice and the police for advice, and been informed if I don’t receive any word soon to contact their fraud team. I would not recommend this company, I thought it looked a great idea and in theory it is but there is no communication and I feel stressed and worried you have stolen my car. Give me my car back !! NOW!!

Booked a service, and asked for a quote to upgrade my satnav. Heard nothing back so I tried phoning them.... oh dear... 2 hrs later I am still listening to an annoying tune and an announcement that goes, ‘ thanks for holding we are working hard to answer your call, Please bare with us ‘ . 2 HOURS! and counting... I tried cancelling on the website and it doesn’t accept the reference number I was sent.

14/09/2020 - Nottingham: Paid midday prior to my pick-up For the next morning service, received a text at midnight saying my appointment has been rescheduled to a invalid date. Tried to contact the company from 8am till 5pm couldn’t get through to them! Absolute SCAM! Don’t use this company, read all the reviews and numerous people have said the same thing! This company needs cancelling ASAP

f i could give a 0 star i would. Booked car in for service for tomorrow 15th September. Rang today as was concerned by the reviews i have read since booking and paying in advance. Tonight i get a Text message from 07723 583200 " Servicing Stop - Due to unforeseen circumstances we have rescheduled your Full Diesel Service date to Invalid date. If this is not acceptable please text back". Few seconds later another text that just says "Okay" which we did not send. They have £150 of my money and now i do not have a date that my car will be serviced. I will be phoning credit card company tomorrow and getting them to halt the payment to them. They are a complete scam Wish i had listened to the negative reviews i had been reading, but was desperate for the car to be serviced and everywhere is fully booked up due to this Covid ...... Will not be using them ever again. and i advise other people never to use them.

Pathetic Service, Car was picked up at 9:20am, but then heard nothing till after 3:30pm. Was told car needed new Brakes and Loads of other bits, which i know was not required. Agreed with the Brakes on the basis car would be returned same day at 6pm, otherwise do not go ahead with it. Was promised it would be delivered. Waiting till 4:50pm, heard nothing back, so rang to just confirm if 6pm would still be met, was on the phone number for over an hour, but just waited and waited for someone to answer. Whilst on hold i tried from another phone, got a message office has closed at 5pm, even though on their website it says clearly the phones will be on till 6pm. So left at work without a car, had to pay for a uber for a 30 mile journey back home, and a uber back to the office the next day. Rang Company again, for over an hour waited on hold, without knowing where my Car was, which company took it nothing. Car was returned, spoke to the Driver, he said the order for the brakes from Servicing Stop said next day delivery of Parts. So they ordered it next day, even though i agreed to the Sale only if it was delivered the same day. Josh Rang from Servicing Stop, he was Rude and very arrogant, We fixed your car, what more do you want, Excuse me I paid £550 for brakes, i expect to be fixed, but i could have paid less else where, but because you had the car and promised it will be done the same day i agreed to it. His Stance was sorry I did promise you same day, but end of day we returned your car, was not apologetic at all. I am reporting these company to Trading Standards, as one of the key selling points is "We'll collect, service and return on the same day", which obviously is not what they have done. They quote for extras, that are not necessarily required. There phone lines are busy always, emails never get replied to, your just left in limbo land. DO NOT USE EVER !!!!

Absolutely shocking. Trying to charge me over £900. Priced up parts £145 ,,,, over £750 for an hours work

Terrible communication. Did not get my car back the same day and had no contact to advise me of that. I didn't even know where it was. Spent over an hour trying to phone them with no luck. No apology for the delay even though I lost a days work due to lack of transport.

I had a rude guy turn up at 8.20am today to pick up our car for a full service and MOT as stated on my printout. He did not phone before as agreed, he had no ID, no paperwork- he said in the terms and conditions what they call a full service is just an oil change and that if I want it serviced it would cost extra. I was not willing to agree with his comments as the paperwork I have states full service and MOT booked through you. I had to refuse him taking my car and ripping me off. I found him rude and argumentative. I later recieved an abrupt response from them saying I have wasted their time. I disagree - they have wasted my time, would have taken my money and not completed the work agreed unless I pay more. To be honest I would never use this service again, I was slightly worried in the first place as I had not tried this before. And to be fare I need my car serviced properly for my business. I am sure they are ripping lots of people off and was annoyed I wasn't a vulnerable person that they find easy to scare.

Ive paid for my service, no one has arrived to collect car. Trying to get through is a nightmare. Been trying for 2 hours. On hold for an hour and got cut off. On hold for another hour no luck getting through. No replies to emails either. I wont try to use this company again. Other reviews read shows extremely poor service and wasted my day when i was meant to be working

Unreliable. Booked in a service. Received plenty of texts that a number was going to call me to book in a collection time on the day between 8am -10am. Day of collection came and nobody showed up. Tried to call and gave up after 15 mins. Grateful that I did not pay beforehand! Poor Customer service! Will never use this service again!

Oh my goodness. Do not use this company. I booked and paid in advance for a service and MOT. The MOT was not done. They charged me £28 for an oil change and wanted to charge me over £300 for the ancillary belt to be replaced (Honda charge £95 all in for it). They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. They have not given me the name of the garage whcih did the service. Stay well clear. i have started proceedings against them.

I feel totally ripped off. DO NOT go anywhere near this company. Full service was priced at £134 on their website. After they added on and added on ended up paying £318. They tell you the car won't be released until you pay.. Asked the driver when he returned car how much they would have charged for EXACTLY the same service if I hadn't gone through servicing stop and he told me £130/£140. This company has no shame.

Complete joke, failed mot, they put 4 fails and about 7 advisory, yet when I checked dvla, they'd listed 2 fails and 1 advisory, they also tryd to include non mot items, cambelt, water pump, handbrake needed adjusting, can't adjust on a golf, brake fluid drain/renew, coolant drain/renew, engine flush, fuel treatment, yet non of this was listed to dvla, just shock absorber replace, and headlight adjusted, avoid at own risk. Make things up to gain work, wanted £240 to change a shock absorber, I did myself 20 mins,

They are a rip-off goon. They lure by offering discounts on service charge, but rip you off on parts and labour. Use local garages and you are well off

Avoid these goons at any cost. They will rip you off. Dont go by discounts they offer, they will rip you off on spare parts and other normal lies

I can only curse myself that I didn't read this forum before servicing with them. They are a rip-off who charge you 3 times the price atleast compared to local garages. Go help a local business. Avoid these goons at any cost.

Do not use servicestop. They great in contacting for payment but when there is a problem no reply to emails and call. Been now over a month.
