This company fools people by offering reduced service fees and empty promises of efficiency!! Far from it! Having cancelled the initial agreed date, once car was in they called with an endless list of additional work that was 'required'. I smelt a rat when not only did I need front and back brake pads, I needed the discs too and spark plugs plus special oil and filters setting me off an estimated additional £600 to my humble offer of £92 full service 😡. I did the oil and refused the rest. When my car was returned after so much pleading because the garage felt unsafe to drive it- I took it to my regular garage. Guess what, my discs didn't need replacing neither did my front brake pads! The spark plugs did not need changing and although ticked off as work undertaken via Service Stop, these were the old longlife ones my garage fitted. So basically I paid for a full service for what- I don't know. Not a good way to look after my hard earned money 💰

Extra work needed doing apparently, even though items I was told to replace already had been the week before. Servicing stop are a brokers, they organize a garage to collect your van and do the work, they then call you with false work that needs doing, if you refuse they won’t release the vehicle. Also if you refuse they will quadruple the service price to over 400 quid. Hopefully people read these reviews before booking these jokers.

****PLEASE AVOID****if you want to ruin your day and feel terrible and foolish, annoyed and helpless all at the same time, then these cowboys have all the tricks and skills to talk you down. Their rep will call you by mid day to discuss the extras and if you question anything, you get manipulated answers in aggressive tone. They are extremely rude and the one on the phone to me was mansplaining me by talking about the regulations of the country! He said I had no right to know where my car was, as it is insured it should be OK. I was clearly fooled and still waiting on them to return my car. They don't reply the phone calls and you as their customer will be raging so please please stay away!!

Having booked my car in online two weeks prior to my servicing date and paid for the service up front two days before my service I was texted saying that they had changed it to the net day. Being a Sunday I could not contact them to discuss this, on the evening of the next at 17.09 I received the same text putting it of until the next day. Again I could not contact them as there offices close at 17.00. Again on the day before my service after numerous attempts to call them ,they called me to say that the only garage they had to service my car was 50 miles away and that it would not be transported but picked up and driven back at my cost. I immediately cancelled and asked for a refund when this didn't happen i was told by email that the refund would take up to 14 days, (it only took 14 seconds for my payment to be taken ?). I am still waiting for my refund ! I would not recommend Servicing Stop to anyone and would suggest you go to your local garage .at least you can see who you are dealing with.

Doesn’t even deserve one star!!! Absolutely terrible experience... garage did not collect car as arranged... no response from servicing stop when trying to call them... 5 emails sent over 4 days.... I paid in advance for the service, fortunately by credit card so have raised a dispute... absolutely no contact from the company whatsoever at the time of writing this... my advice is stay well clear.... or certainly don’t be the fool that I was and pay in advance!!! I am currently £158 out of pocket..

Stay away from these scammers. I booked my annual service (car had only 11000 miles) then they called me asked to change sparkplugs and air filter for an extra cost of £360. I said no, the guy on the phone was rude and said the couldn't update my book properly. Avoid these scammers

Booked my car in for a service and mot on a Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday morning collection. Got an email saying the booking was confirmed, then another saying to pay upfront to get a discount so I paid upfront. I got a phone call Thursday about an hour after they were meant to pick it up saying they can't do it and it was too short notice for the garage. They then said the nearest day they could do it was the following Monday. I told them to book Monday while I find out if I can get it done sooner elsewhere. In the mean time I get a new email from them confirming my Monday booking and a following one saying to pay upfront to save money. I clicked the link to make sure it said I didn't have anything to pay and they added another £50 on to the order!! I cancelled with servicing stop straight away as that's just a con. They are now saying it takes 14 working days for them to process the refund!! Do they have monkeys working in their accounts department or something? It definitely should NOT take 14 working days to process a refund!

Avoid guys you know it makes sense.

By far the worst experience ever. They asked me to pay for a job that they couldnt deliver, even though the garage told them what the fault was, they omitted to tell me and took my money. Then after my complaint they decided to reduce the cost of that job from £84 down to £60 and then refund me only £24!!! Wheres the sense in that!!!! No answer when you call them (I accept furloughed staff and no one in the office) but why not say that on the answerphone when you call! Took a week to have a response back to my email only to be told the above....complete cowboys and crooks, I will never use them again, more than happy to return to the main dealer services... When they returned my car it was parked half in a bush damaging the paintwork and unable to open the drivers side door Complete rubbish and I would advise against using them...

Bad experience, expensive, no response. Very bad experience. Faults occurred after servicing and no response from the company. Not by phone, emails or social media. They are very quick to take your car, take your money, but the quality is very poor. Customer service is definitely very poor after they take your money. Furthermore - absolutely impossible to get in touch with. Nevertheless, I must admit they have good online systems set up and the speed of service is good. However, I will be avoiding them in the future and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I cannot make any comments about there service because i have not used it, but i can complain about service department. I booked a service with them and paid early to make a saving of £6.00 but cancelled within the hour, it has taken me 3 weeks to get my money back after chasing them by phone and e mail, they never answer the phone I even got my bank involved, in the beginning they give you a low price but when you come to pay in the end it is higher than Halfords beware if feel you have to use them don't pay early

I want give even 1 star,as I gave my car for service and mot, I received phone call this morning about my mot as failed and sone extra works needs to be done I told them I will call u back after speaking to my husband as from 12pm until 16pm trying to contact them they did not pick up my call. At the end servicestop member called at 17pm the time I said do only service, I dont wanna extra work to be done this times, as everyone have money problem they ask £600+vat. The person on the phone completely change and very rudely he said I will let garage know and send you the invoice and hang up on me. As and until now its 20.45pm I did not receive my car back.or no phone call from the garage when will I get my delivery back. I even emailed them as well, as you can not contact directly to the garage you have go throw service stop. But no response top of that they ask me to pay more money top of my service and mot money. No explanation why they charge me more. Please do not recommend this at all.

Absolute sham of a company. Only used them as they advertised collection of vehicle, which suited my needs. Even when the garage turned up to collect my car they warned me about the service that I was going to get if I needed to speak to someone and that they charged 30% on top of the garage's own fees. I'd already paid in advance for the MOT & service, so I didn't expect too much trouble. 2004 Ford Fiesta went in first thing in the morning and had a call lunchtime which I missed. Took me 45 minutes to get back through to someone who told me that it's failed the MOT on wishbone (£25 - £30), one shock absorber (£20 - £30), fog light bulb (£1), one worn brake hose (£15) and handbrake was on last click so needed tightening (£0) of course labour has to go on top of that. I tinker with the car and generally manage to do most things on it myself. This would probably take me the best part of a day to do and get back to the garage for a retest the following day. A competent mechanic would take maybe half a day max. God knows what the garage makes out of this arrangement and how much of the pricing is down to the garage itself, but Servicing Stops wanted £946 for this!!!!! If it took 7 hours to do the work, that would mean that I'm paying £124 an hour labour. I told them to jog on and duly paid my extra £28 for fluids as part of the service in order to release my car. I got a sarcastic comment saying "that's fine, I'll call the garage now to tell them that you're on your way in your recovery truck to pick your car up" and implied that it was a death trap. He obviously didn't make that call though because now I can't take the car from the garage as apparently Servicing Stop will not confirm with them that I have made full payment. This could be down to the fact that they ask you to submit your feedback at the time of paying, rather than after you getting your car back. As I've left bad feedback, maybe they think that they deserve to screw me over a bit more.... Absolute crooks. Never had so much bull$hit in all my life

I can only say that the two people you have had five stars from MUST be your relatives or good friends who want to help you drum up business. Over 90% of the people who have used you have given you a 1-star review including me based on my most recent experience with you, and you only got that because without it I could not submit my complaint. Please make sure you have deleted my details from your system. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely horrible people to deal with. Their customer service agents are taught to steal money from customers. They inflate the prices when the MOT report is generated and charge double the price than what a normal garage would charge. They quoted me £900 of extra work and said if you can't afford take your car back. Fraudsters! Beware of these cowboys! Proper dodgy operations run by thugs sitting at home claiming to be some shody call centre. My interaction with the agent Dean was the worst and most unprofessional experience. Stay away from these guys.

This is a FAKE business. Do not use - take the time to go to the garage yourself. You are NOT their customer, the garages that they make money on for doing nothing are their true customer. Late collections. Incorrect information on their database resulting in incorrect paperwork. Being oversold add-ons that were not required. Zero complaints procedure other than 'sort it yourself'. Their whole business model if flawed as YOU will have to deal with any and all issues yourself and you will pay more in money and your own time. What exactly is the point of their whole service again??? Nearly 4 weeks later I'm still going back and forth, did not have my paperwork and service book back for 3 weeks - missed out on selling my car and to date they still cannot see that my contract is with ServiceStop - not the garage. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Do not use this service.

I booked my car for interim service and MOT for 110 pounds and ended up with 348 pounds. They also charged me 38 pounds for loyalty device for next time without my permission. I wonder a company like this work still in UK. Never go for it.
