what a rip off, just paid £180 for an oil change, better contact a legal expert to work out all the extras you have to pay. As for the garage they used, my air filter cover is just as dirty as it was before they took car.The bonnet is covered in lots of marks, damage. Not sure whether oil filter was changed or oil. No receipt of any kind. avoid at all costs.

Had the 8-10am slot, got a call at 10.20am saying they have cancelled it and would I re-book...told them to shove their service! Thankfully I never paid upfront! Guy on the phone couldn't care less that I'd been inconvenienced.DO NOT USE!

Took my money 1st of all. Booked full service for my range rover. Suppose to arrive between 8 and 10, Still waiting. Will serve legal docs as they have picked on wrong person this time.

Didn’t come to collect my car nor contacted me. Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t even give them a star. This company needs to shut down

The worst possible service , once you are on their hand, that means, you are gone. They slaughter you. If you want to harm someone, you can refer.

I have booked my car full servic and MOT. Last Friday They didn't collect my car. I had paid for that . Very dangerous company . Need to report .

wish I'd read these reviews first. same problem - being told I "needed" work done that clearly wasn't needed (including parts my partner had recently changed). Have done 3000 miles since last service - but told I needed this special oil as the car was 10 years old. Customer services guy not very helpful. Told me a I needed front brake pads and quoted nearly £300. when I said I would get them done elsewhere (my partner could do them) he said I would need to send a tow truck to pick up the car if I didn't pay the money. I had not noticed any issues with the brakes so still not sure if they actually do need doing. Tried ringing customer services to ask for old parts to be returned to me - as with everyone else it seems - so response.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value I have booked this for Full service and MOT. Car supposed to be collected on 23rd Sep. '20 from office. Did not came. Left a message at reception they came and no one was there. (But there were two staff since morning. ) I tried to call them, over 60 min and anther 40min holding without luck on 23rd, and 24th another 45 min holding listening to their recording. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before I made a booking. (I was getting regular emails from them. So I just check the price, considerably cheap. And next day was available) I made full payment when I make the booking and trying to get the money back. Don't do the same mistakes.

Booked my car in for a MOT and interim service on 10/07/2020 the car was not returned until 11/07/2020 at 22.00 pm. Final bill £793.32 get no answer from them despite sending emails about the charges, eg.£58.20 to adjust and align headlamps the excuse they gave me was the headlights were to Low (MOT) fail, there is adjustment by the steering column from 1-3 depending on the load. Offside gaiter needed changing £260.33 Their reply "well your car is 11 years old. The Auxiliary Drive Belt noted it needed "changing at some point"£193.23 The list goes on Perform Fuel treatment, Perform engine flush, Long life oil WHAT £157.13. could not get the car back until £793.32 was paid. The car delivered No cover over Auxiliary belt (big risk of entrapment) windscreen washer reservoir showing empty when its full. Broken plastic on bonnet that holds the bonnet stay (just left lying across engine) Now coming up to 11 weeks since the MOT and interim service was carried out, 8 emails sent 3 replies, offered me £7.16 back for mistake on the invoice (which I pointed out) but still no redress on the complaint, phoned the garage about rectifying the fault as recommended by Servicingstop, the garage said Servicingstop had to arrange it and so it goes on. Bear in mind my car had only done 1500 since the the last MOT. Trading Standards here I come.

No-one arrived to do my MOT and service which I had already paid for. They ignore emails and it is impossible to get through on the phone. It is so dangerous to leave customers without the services they need! I will take legal action if my money is not returned!

- Initial low price but then pile on lots of hidden charges. - Salespeople will pressure you to pay for work that isn't required. - Will charge you for common oil claiming it's specialty oil. - Will charge you for basic fluids which are included free of charge at any other garage. - Impossible to contact customer services - Complaint response time can take up to 2 weeks for an email that resolves nothing! - Claim they take photos of car before collection and after drop off but will not provide them. - Will not provide photos of replaced parts. - My car came back damaged and they will not accept responsibility. Servicing Stop will try to milk your wallet as much as possible, and then some more.

I have used servicing stop in the past and have had fine experiences I used in June this year. Firstly they were two hours late collecting the car despite confirming twice by phone. The man who came to collect said he wasn't told a time. Then they returned my car with a crack in the windscreen. They left my car in a no parking zone with no warning they were returning the car and I was at work, despite me telling them via phone not to park it there risking a huge fine. I have called >10 times and sent 6 complaint emails with no response. Awful.

A total scam.No service received and having to claim back the £178.58. I foolish paid this company through my Visa card as I have been unable to contact them. This website should be taken down before they rob anyone else Brian Dalby.

Best avoided - Dodgy working practices. My car was in for an interim service. Servicingstop called to say that I would have pay extra as the car needs synthetic oil. Imaging my surprise when the oil was at the very same level as when the car went in to the garage. It looks like all they have done is reset my servicing interval on the cars computer. After several e mails they keep sending back standards pre written emails and have done nothing to address my concerns. Best to pay more at a reputable company and ensure that the work is actually carried out.

avoid! avoid! avoid! this company is a huge con, were do i start. supposed to take it to a local reputable garage, my car was taken over 12 miles away to a renowned over priced garage. i payed for the full service and mot in advance, when i took the call off the garage with a failure, the overall price was nearly £600 to rectify the problems, one being it needs new brake pads, i had all pads changed three weeks prior. when i called servicing stop to complain about a lot of unnecessary work there attitude was not our problem. the garage then refused to release the car without paying a premium oil surcharge of 48 pound! that i never asked for, the garage stated that this was requested through servicing stop. so i had to go to the garage to sort this and get it released. i used this service as i was very busy and thought it would be convenient, i spent the whole day trying to get my car back and an expensive uber to get to the garage to get it. I then took it to a local garage with good reviews and the car passed. i tried to contact service stop again to state this and send them emails to show them this and to get a refund as i payed for a service I didnt get. i could not get through on the phone after being on hold for well over an hour to then it being hung up on me. im currently in talks with watchdog about the issues i had. please stay away from this company

Absolute chaos. Car went in.Servicing sSop rang to say I had to pay an extra £218 which they then reduced to £195.They sent a confirmation email with no amount and no link to pay it. The garage said the car was ready and two hours later I had still been unable to pay despite waiting twenty five minutes with no answer on the phone and emailing several times. Eventually paid the garage direct so I could get the car back! Never again, So stressful and expensive. Cheaper to go to Main Dealer.

If you are a garage do not use them, they don't pay up, am owed over £7000 and unable to contact them. BE AWARE THEY ARE DISHONEST
