My car had been booked in for a full service and MOT. I then received a voicemail message advising me that my booking could not be accommodated that day after all due to customer demand exceeding garage availability. My booking was rescheduled to a date that was inconvenient and well after expiry of my current MOT. I've now rebooked elsewhere. An utter waste of time.

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Company failed to send through my MOT to the DVLA, so my car was technically without an MOT. Poor customer service.

Servicing stop are an absolute scam! I got fooled by the offer of a service & mot for £158, should have known it was too good to be true! I got a phone call to say my mot had failed and I needed new front and rear brake pads. I have paid for new break pads on my previous cars, but NEVER have I been told to pay the extortionate price of £628!!! I could not believe the prices Josh (from servicing stop) was reeling off. He also mentioned I need brake fluid and it would cost £59 plus vat!! Break fluid only costs £16 at my old garage. They are scammers and add on hundreds and hundreds of pounds!! I refuse to pay £628 as it is robbery! So I had to book mot elsewhere and get break pads changed all for less than £200. I will be contacting watchdog and other scamming sites to warn people.

They robbed me of 1.5 litres of oil on a freshly serviced car. I had to top again at my own cost. I complained and they said they would not use the garage again. As i didn't blame servicing stop, i used them again for the next service. Same thing again, full service carried out, forgot to put my oil cap back on. Blew oil all over the engine. Thankfully, they collected the car next day and steamed cleaned the engine. Either way, should not have happened. Absolute shambles. The problem is servicing stop drive the garages to such low prices, the garages cut corners. The fact is, i'd be happy to pay more to get a proper service. cheapest of the cheap does not wash anymore. Find a local garage you trust, and stick to them.

I do not know how are they still operating after all these negative reviews. I’ve been scammed as well. I failed my MOT today and was told it has dangerous fault so not roadworthy! Can’t be driven back unless fault repaired. Car still not back. Nervous of what they might still come up with. Firstly, the staff who collected my car was rude and thrown insult on me when he can’t find my place. He even threatened to cancel my booking. How I wished he did. Currently, bill amounted to £833! Called 2 garages and quoted me half the price! Saw their websites which have mainly positive reviews. Wished I’ve read other websites!

Stay away! Horrible deadly experience hope nobody has to go through My car was due for mot in December, I have booked mot and full servicing 6/12/2018. Car supposed to picked up 8-9 am but 2.30 and returned 5.30. I paid £458.76 Return from work to drive the car, car was juddering because of that bumped into the parked car behind. Car was returned damaged, not drivable and unroadworthy despite just returned from mot and servicing. I have called AA. He said expantion tank was empty and filled the tank with water and suggested to contact the garage. In the morning I have called servicing stop told them what happened, they took the car and during the day called me saying clutch should be replaced and cost of it. Have told them cluch was replaced 6 months ago. They brought the car back in the evening saying car is ok now sorted without giving any detail of what the problem was, what work they have done or corrected. But Car was not juddering anymore!! 2 days later it was raining, I could not see clearly, I went to the halfords to get them checked, wipers needed changing they changed front and back. How is it possible that Car passed mot and full serviced 2 days ago has empty expantion tank, worn out wipers? Furthermore when I was driving on the motorway on the 6th of January 2019, had lost power and car broken down dangerously on the motorway. I had to call AA and recovery to take me away from the dangerous location. I was lucky nothing happened that evening but that could have been disastoures and deadly. I do not recomend to anyone to have a horrible experience. They put mylife and otherpeople life in danger. I have wrote to them, called them many times. They did not take any responsibility instead their reply was I should be pleased my car returned working order and I was ok nothing happened, told me that I was exaggerating. As a joke, They offered me 20% discount on my next servicing as if I would ever using them again. I was furious. I will write to dvls, consumer rights, and all the neccessary organisation. Stay away! Horrible deadly experience hope nobody has to go through

Beware- no jobs done- check your cars I booked a full service and MOT. They charged £273 . Some of the jobs that the selected garage was supposed to do, were: Oil and oil filter change Air filter change Brake fluid change(extra) When I checked my car it turned out that I still have my old oil filter fitted. This led me to the discovering that also oil has not been changed. There was only a greasy mark on the engine cover and dry on the oil sump. They only pumped some of the oil out or just made a greasy stain so it lookes like it had been changed. It is not the way you change the oil. The brake fluid looked strangely the same, level and colour. The servicing stop was confirming that all the jobs have been performed. They were 100% sure. It took me 3 weeks to prove to them that I am rightand nothing has been done. A lot of phone calls and emails. I had to take my car to their garage for the inspection. I could only confirm that the air filter was changed as it was indeed new. Servicing stop was reluctant to providing all pictures taken during the service. When they finely sent them to me I could clearly see the new oil filter( a different brand) that apparently was fitted in to my car. Unfortunately it was not where it suppoused to be. After a long hassle I got a full refund. I was also offered a free MOT this year which I booked. AND here it comes again. I hadthe booking confirmation but I did not receive the garage confirmation so I rang servicing stop a day before scheduled MOT. Unfortunately there was no booking for me( nobody contacted me to let me know) and the next available date is in 5 days and I would have to deliver and pick up my car myself. Brilliant. Well done Servicing Stop. You know who to call when it comes down to the payment. People are not aware what is going on with their cars.

Booked in for service. Contacted by service stop to let me know of any 'additions' Told I needed break fluid changing, engine flush and specialist oil. Only thing that was optional was the engine flush everything 'had to be done' and needed paying for to pass service. Obviously knew I didn't know any better and took advantage. Bill gone from £135 to £289 and when I said I didn't want to book my next standard service with them they were not happy. Talked to someone locally about the products they said were essential and was told that this was a rip off. Tried to cancel the work. Miraculously all of the work had been done within 5 minutes and couldn't be stopped and was charged fully. More than likely none of it was done. Log book also not ticked, was told to do this myself by looking at itemized bill. On hold all the time when you ring them. Feel ripped off and this company took advantage. Wish i had read other comments before being lured in by the cheap service price as seems its a common theme. No documents to sign when they take your car either so anything could happen when they've got it.

Do not use this company... I repeat do not use this company... Complete rip off... I put my Mazda MX5 in for a service and MOT... Within an hour of picking the car up I received a call from a Servicing stop agent, not the garage increasing my bill from £121 to £562...Their agent said I required two ful anti roll bar kits to pass the MOT... The chances of the vehicle needing two is bizarre... They quoted £183 each plus Vat with their agent telling me what a great price I was getting. Please note this company does not release any vehicle back to you unless you pay the bill first to their central office, not the garage. Fortunately I requested they put the replaced parts in the car upon its return... Please please ensure you do this as in my case the parts actually changed were the linkage arms on the roll bar not the full kit... Even the garage guy returning the car could not believe they charged me £183 each... They were charging Servicing stop £31 each for the work!!!!! So having paid £562 I was actually over charged £360+....Absolute disgrace.... Over 9 days later having phoned, emailed, sent pictures off the parts I have received no response back from Servicing stop, no response from Managers I have contacted directly, no email response... This company is fraudulent, taking money under false pretences... Their customer service complaints team cannot be contacted direct, neither will they talk to anyone... I warn you all do not use them, be very aware handing your car keys over... You may get a hefty hefty exobertant bill before they will bring it back.... Don't be swayed by Vickash in their pricing team acting as your best friend on the phone, an all knowing expert on your vehicle, telling you what a bargain you are getting... Complete fool... I've been ripped off and as from Monday the matter will be in the hands of my Solicitor, the small claims court and trades descriptions..... I warn you again people go direct to your local garage don't use these criminals..... Just to add these are just middle men but they control the whole transaction... You won't get your car back unless you pay their make believe bill... The garage who actually completed the work in my case were nothing short of honourable, efficient and very helpful.... Servicing Stop are just crooks in my opinion..

Last time this company will have my business for servicing. Turned out more expensive than the bona fide Hyundai dealer which includes a courtesy loan car. Cost ended up double that quoted on-line with hidden extra charges piled on top without permission such as, £45 + VAT for undefined "Fuel Treatment" and £65 + VAT for brake fluid. In future, I'll use a trusted local firm and stay well clear of this lot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️‼️‼️ People are getting charged times ten what a normal car expert would charge. This is what happens Customer are invited by the free pick up and free delivery service, then something costs £30 that may need changing they will charge you £70 for it please also bare in mind the garages don’t have no idea of these charges enhanced why they tell you to speak to them directly instead of the garage themselves. So both you the customer and garage are getting cond. Here something else you may be only going for a Serivce and your car is perfectly fine trust me they will call you and say you have a whole lot of things that needs changing. THEY WILL BULLY YOU TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL ISSUES WHICH MAY NOT EVEN BE NEEDED. Another thing they target customer with the latest cars and model so if you owe a expensive car like a Mercedes Benz be expecting you bill to be £1,000 over ...

I can say that a full service really did make a change to the quality of driving, which is smother, so well done to a mechanic and the garage. However, I'm not happy with Servicing stop company as they are not honest and press you to pay for an extra work that they haven't contacted you about. In my case, I booked a full service and MOT for £140.27 but around 1.30 pm (5 hours after car was taken) servicing stop person called and said that my car has passed MOT but I need to pay £27 extra for specialist oil that my car requires (not really), and £65 for a brake fluid (it actually does need it but not for 65 quid). When I said that I have booking to pay £140.27 on and not planned to pay more, he argued that I have to pay that as it is an safety issue and my car manufacture advisory. It would be no problem for me if they have called me before and asked me if I want to proceed with it, I would say that standard oil is fine for 5 years old toyota and I can pay £40-50 for a new brake fluid. On their website you can find that they will not charge you any extra without your permission but is not true. When I said that I wouldn't pay extra and want to cancel service with them, he said they will not release my car as it will be not safe. Finally, he asked for £246 but I have paid £220 to have a peace of mind and my car back. Overall, it wasn't a nice experience,I felt being deceived and misguided by their website and customer service attitude. Would be one star if not mechanic and garage they have used. Mechanic who brought back my car, gave me his contact, so perhaps I just go directly to him next time. Avoid them ,find a local garage. Seriously, I have no idea who give 5 star review, perhaps friends and family?? Be careful!

Don't bother with this company, absolute scam artists. They create work for the car that isn't needed then try scare tactics to get it done and charge three times what a decent mechanic would. This company are actually just salesmen/middle men, they have not even seen the vehicle in person but ring you to tell you phantom work needs doing on it, then when you agree to it because ''they're the experts' they then ring the garage (who are independent to service stop) and tell the garage that you, the customer, has requested all this bogus work to be done. They had an article in the guardian about how shocking their service is and been on BBC rogue traders, please please everyone avoid

They are the most horrible and very bad servicing company in the UK. They quoted me GBP 124 for full servicing and MOT but I paid GBP 581 in the end. If you do not pay what they demand, they will not return your car. They will make a story about your car. They will threaten you and become very rude. I have spoken with the garage and they said to me that they have billed only GBP 171 to service stop but Servicing Stop charged me approx. 3.5 times of that amount. They are giving wrong information all the time, given me false and crafted information to get money. Never ever use Servicing Stop as they are a very dangerous company. Please check their review at Youtube by BBC (Search with Servicing Stop Video by BBC). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wneio6Q44oY When Servicing Stop say that you will pay 60% less than the dealer, it actually means that you will pay 60% more than the dealer. My car was working great before servicing but after servicing the sensor, mobile charging point, the engine is not working properly. They have damaged my car intentionally. I am so disappointed that I have lost so much money. In a summary, the most horrible and terrible company in the UK. They must be banned.

They are the most horrible servicing company in the world. They quoted me GBP 124 for servicing and I paid GBP 591 in the end. If you do not pay what they demand, they will not return your car. They will threaten you and become rude. Their CEO is number one cheater of the world, he has recruited all cheating staffs, developed all cheating rules, habits, and values. Their only principle is how to cheat customer and extract money. When they say that you will pay 60% less than the dealer, it actually means you will pay 60% more than the dealer. My car was working great before servicing. They selected the worst garage (Swanley Garage Services) in my locality without any proper expertise of BMW. In a summary, the most horrible and terrible company in the UK. They must be banned. Their CEO and management body must be arrested for cheating customers on a continuous basis. This company is nothing but cancer in the automobile industry.
