Good morning Roy, Thanks for your comments following your service. When it comes to car servicing, Servicing Stop aims to be the most convenient, affordable and transparent provider going. We do this via free car collection and delivery; offering a Best Price guarantee (if you find a main dealer offering a cheaper base service price than us, we’ll match it); developing new technology such as our Servicing Stop smartphone app that documents our mechanics’ recommendations using images and video. I’m sorry you felt you were overcharged for your headlight adjustment. Obviously different service providers break down their overall pricing in different ways and whilst this particular item may be slightly higher in price than others, many other parts of our service plans work out cheaper or free - such as our collection and delivery of your vehicle! “It was the first time I used this service and having your car picked up and delivered back to you is a bonus. You have to put your trust in that you are getting the service you pay for. The customer service were not pushy when offering extra services during the service which is also a bonus. Again you have to trust you are getting the service you pay for.”

Good morning, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m sorry to read that your vehicle was delivered back to you slightly late. As part of the free car collection and delivery offered as standard for all our service plans, we always aim to deliver the customer’s vehicle back upon the completion of a service between 4pm and 6pm. Very occasionally, despite our best intentions, circumstances beyond our control can cause a delay to the delivery time and we’re sorry to see this was the case during your booking and for the inconvenience you experienced as a result. “We did an Mot and full service with Servicing Stop and were quoted a repair bill of £600for front shock absorbers - when contacting a VW garage they said the standard price would be £470. They also wanted to "routinely" exchange a part which is good for the double amount of milage the car has.”

Good morning Nicola, I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience of using Servicing Stop. I can see that we quoted £514 to replace both shock absorbers with O.E Quality Standard parts - if you provide us with a cheaper written quote from a main dealer, we would be happy to match it. “The garage tried to charge me for new headlights even though I expressed to everyone. The bulbs were new & just need alaning & then wanted 60 to change some break fluid”

“Servicing stop is great for busy people who just don’t have time to drive back and forth to garages, dropping cars off and picking them up later. They offer a brilliant service and competitive prices. They are also very helpful and friendly if you need to call them for any reason. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Keep up the good work!”
