“Customer service this time was very nice. First they booked me to garage 30 mins far away from my house, I asked to change the garage and they did so. Picked the car on time, a guy on the other end of line explained the job needed to be done, I received the car after 6pm (later than usual, this was second time I used Servicing Stop). The only thing I don't like that they don't provide any documentation of the work they've done (I needed to ask via email for paperwork). I would recommend this service.”

“Today was the second time I have used this company as they are so professional. On a cold snowy morning a lovely lady collected my car and returned it after the service in the afternoon in perfect condition. No sitting in a cold garage waiting room and paying over the odds at the dealer. £100 for a full service that has got to be the best in the country. Thankyou Servicing Stop.”

“The whole process was flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication and customer service. I got a call and a reminder text before my car went in so I didn't forget my appointment. The gentleman that collected my car was warm, friendly and helpful. As soon as my car was done I got a call to let me know the price of my new tyres and felt under no pressure to have it done straight away. My car was returned to me early so I could get on with my day and I have since had contact offering me a great price to book my MOT and service again next year. It has completely taken the stress out of my annual MOT, I know I will get the best price and the very best service. I can't recommend Servicing Stop highly enough!”

“Delighted with the service from the first telephone enquiry until they collected my car, executed a full service and delivered it back to my house. Prices on par with local garages without the hassle. The mechanics kept us informed all along the way so there were no nasty surprises at the end. Would recommend this company 100 %.”

“Absolute rubbish avoid. I think most of these good reviews must have been wrote by the staff who migjt I add are terrible one central I rang they answered the phone and instead of saying hello they were talking amounsgt themselves about how they couldn't believe they got.so many customers when everyone just complained haha. They take your car to the cheapest garage who probably do their best but my car has broke twice in the 3 days I've had it back and before it went there it was fine never a problem now battery failed and oil leaked. Please remember cheap is not best I made that mistake”

“Tried to overcharge twice, avoid at all costs Firstly tried to charge for two items that were 1) Not needed and 2) grossly overpriced. Then tried to charge a "surcharge" for special oil which they refused to remove. It too a call to the car manufacturer to get them to confirm that the vehicle did not need this. Finally they relented. However to top it all off, they then charged an extra £25 "toward the cost of the next service" without permission - They have now agreed to refund this.”

“they new reg and type motor ie filter oils etc but still tricked me with extra cost of oil saying needed special low ash oil yaaawn you mean synthetic so does every other modern motor conned me out of extra 24£ plus vat will not use again should stick to quote”
