Avoid this company. I have booked service and MOT at good price so far so good , however the MOT failed and they ask me for £300 to replace 2 front anti roller bars,which cost less that £20 and less than one hour of work,I did in less than one hour anyway,when I ask the garage for the price they told me £60 I was ripping of by £240,it is ridiculous, last but not least the car comes with blowout tyre which they refused to pay it ,How they drove my car?looks like they don't care and they get angry when we refused the repairs and they don't bring the car back when the MOT fails. Please avoid servicing stop,Will cost you more with out you realise

My car was picked up (late) and i specifically requested it be back for 5 pm for me to go to work, I was told it would be and at 4:45 pm. I was called to be told they wanted another £120 to do an engine flush and oil change. I said I thought that the oil change was in the price, I already paid for the service, but they said no, I paid for the oil change as I was told the car wouldn’t be released until I’d paid. After that. I waited and waited. The car never turned up. It got to 8 o’clock in the evening and obviously all the phones were turned off, so I missed a shift at work! and my husband and I were both worried as we weren’t sure where our car was, or if we were going to get it back, so in the morning I got on the phone and tried again, nobody ever phones back! but with a bit of detective work I found the garage that my car was taken to and phoned them up and they said the car was actually ready the day before at 1 pm, but they were waiting for service stop to give them the go-ahead to deliver it to me. They should not have phoned me up trying to “upsell “extra add on costs …but we were just so pleased to get our car back. (We found it in a lay by near the garage, where it had been left out all night, anything could have happed to it) We would never use this company again totally unreliable and even the garage, it was sent to said they’re going to stop using them, terrible service and no communication we don’t even know if they really did a service or not? Obviously we never use this company again..

I thought this was a good set up and competitively priced. I had a call to see if I wanted the brake system servicing for £200 ish? I said I don’t think so as it’s not due and not displayed on the dashboard. I knew it was done on the previous service?? I said no thanks, then was informed that the oil is more expensive that quoted so I paid the difference which was mentioned on the quote, however i was then charged £20 for a new sump plug washer which was absolutely shocking and made me very angry. The cost should have been around £2. Never using this service again….not ever! They even screwed up my service history so ended up taking it to Mini for them to re-enter the service history.

Booked my car in for a service to be collected and returned the same day. Kept my car for 1 week claiming it was unsafe to drive due to a long list of advisories. £800 later still refused to return my car stating that the heaters were broken even though it wasn't in the advisories and wanted another £240. Upon refusing to pay this I was told I would have to collect my car myself or they would charge £100 to have it returned. After having to get a lift to miles away to collect my car half a tank of petrol had been used and my rear bumper was scratched to hell. Disgusting service. Never again will I use this company.

Don't take all the extras. I've kept my car in good nick and changed all fluids, pads, discs etc on a service 15000 miles ago (which was at half the price this joke of a company tried to push onto me). Got a call back today for after car had and apparently all of the above needed chamging despite my MOT coming back with zero advisories (begs the question on why I would need new brakes and discs). All in all, according to Service Stop I needed: Complete fluid change New pads New discs A new sump plug The person on the other end of the phone got very defensive very quickly and continually repeated that it was information from the garage. This is not the case. I called them and confirmed it. Con artists. Don't go anywhere near them

I agree with these numerous poor reviews. I allowed them to have my car collected from home. Mistake, as matters are in their hands. I had just had an MOT carried out from elsewhere , so I only required a service. They quoted me around £1,200 for work which didn't need to be done but were portrayed as required. I was quoted £45 for changing a rear wiper blade. I declined this one and purchased a new blade on the internet for £6.50 and fitted it in about 10 seconds with the help of an internet video. I was still conned out of more than £800 and still awake at night over falling for these con trickers. Never again!

Scam company. My car was never collected, I received no correspondence to explain why. I paid for the service upfront and I don't know how to get a refund. The online chat eventually put me in touch with an agent who said they would get the booking team to ring me. Phone number provided is a bot which is no help, the 0800 number just tells you to use the webchat.

OhmyGod I wish I had seen this site. I have just been scammed out of £639 and they want another £320 for something else. I am going to contact Trading Standards and am not paying the additional £320. Avoid this fraudulent company.

After buying my car from my lease, I went for its first service outside the dealership. Wow, never again will I use them again!!. I hadn't used an independent garage for a long while, so went on line for a reasonable quote, that's when I booked with a 30%discount when paid up front which wasn't that great, really, so I should have picked up on there rogue ways then. Anyhow, my car was dutifully collected as planned, where I was given a card business card from driver. After a couple of hours, I kept getting a strangelondon number who when I eventually answered was the office not the garage. I had very urgent and important work to be done which they quoted over 700 pounds, even offered me a loan to pay it off which I started to process, then cancelled with my bank. I went back to garage who agreed but it wasn't as bad as they said it was and not as expensive. Even the garage think their wrongons but uses them because it gets them work. Never again, they need to be shamed.

Omg I wish I had read the reviews before using this fraud company. I feel sick about how much money I was scammed for £1000 For a basic service they had my car for 4 days I had to get a taxi to work more money spent. They said i needed new tyres as they were illegal to drive with them I couldn’t get my car returned even though they were happy to drive it there. Called customer service and he basically just laughed at me. Eventually day 4 the car is returned the keys posted though the letter box the driver sneaked off leaving an empty tank of petrol. I recently went to a professional garage and was asked would I like a service I said I have recently had it serviced he showed me there was no oil in the tank and told me this car has not been serviced and the car tyres are reconditioned. I feel like such a mug maybe because I’m female this happened to me

They duped me of £700 for really small repairs that didn't match the market value and weren't accepted by me. They merely meant to ignore me when I sought to cancel this repair. I filed a complaint five months ago, and despite numerous reminders, they never bothered to investigate my matter or come to a resolution. Kevin Craig doesn't seem to care that I continued to hunt him! Finally, Kezook took up my case and won it for me. I now have all the money that the scammers stole from me. Without KeZoOk.com support, that would not have happened.

Absolute rip off. Practically everything that other customers are saying happened to them, happened to me. Engine flush, specialised oil, brake fluid, new tyre. Circa £115.00 for a full service, turned into just under £500.00! Do not use Servicing Stop, they will only rip you off. How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me?

Stole items from car, (high-powered USB dash cam power supply) and suggested it was not there when they collected it. (I have the video of them "discovering it" and removing the power supply) Didn't stamp the service book, and tried to scam me with HUGE additional costs to a 2020 car, that was not needed. Car was collected late and returned later, at 9pm, we were about to report it stolen.

A WASTE OF TIME & A FRAUDULENT COMPANY A WASTE OF TIME & A FRAUDULENT CAR SERVICING PROVIDER. MY TOYOTA CAR SERVICING (FULL SERVICE WITH SPARK PLUGS) NORMALLY COST £150.00 AT MY LOCAL GARAGE. I ENDED UP SPENDING £190.00 WITH THIS SCAM SITE FOR AN OIL CHANGE ONLY. I WAS THEN ASK TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £230 FOR THE FULL SERVICE I HAD ALREADY SUSPOSEDLY PAID FOR. AFTER THE OIL CHANGE & I HAD TO COLLECT MY GARAGE AS I REFUSED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL £230.00. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHAM SITE THAT WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.... RETURN TO YOUR LOCAL GARAGE YOU USE & DON'T END UP PAYING TWICE FOR THE SAME CAR SERVICE.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩 This company is an absolute scam and a shambles! Booked car in for a full service, confirmation email of booking recieved but no further information (drivers details, garage the car is going to etc.. all the key promised information missing... (1st red flag 🚩) Day arrives for the service.. no collection time agreed, no communication from the driver whatsoever, so chase "customer services"... if that's what you want to call them! (Useless mostly automated system) suddenly the driver calls... running late.. time is now 1040 Less then 2 minutes later "driver" arrives... no ID, no paperwork, no sorry for being late.. nothing (2nd red flag 🚩) He quite literally ran around the car doing a "video", dumped his mini on the road, took the keys and went to leave (3rd red flag 🚩) I asked him politely to not leave his car dumped in the middle of the road and to put it on the driveway... he did after he huffed and moaned he was too busy! Day goes on.. nothing from the "garage" at all, for the entire day.. left it until 5pm and messaged "customer services" to ask where my car was as I hadnt heard from the garage. auto message about all communication should come from them (4th red flag 🚩) Obviously expected delivery time passed at 6pm.. still nothing so tried to call the "driver" back... nothing.. no answer, no reply to texts.. literal radio silence (5th red flag 🚩) 21:00 panic set in.. has my car been stolen, was he even from this shambolic company.. I didn't give anyone permission to take my car, keep it over night wherever it is and not return it...!! It's now 22:17 as I am writing this I have just filed a formal police report with the CCTV from my home of this "driver" turning up at my house and clearly stealing my car as I have NO proof this was ever taken to a garage for its service.. The irony is.. the car he turned up in and dumped on my driveway has NO TAX & NO MOT!! (6th red flag 🚩) Will the garage miraculously phone tomorrow, try to charge me a small fortune for work that wasn't needed over and above the full service or will it suddenly reappear at my home address... who knows! The mini is now blocked in by a van which will force this driver to knock the door if he wants to get it out rather than just turning up and driving off in it! No way to properly communicate with this company, no way to follow up in these situations as conviently "customer services" closes at 6pm...! Do yourself a favour and book directly with a local garage and if you can't get it there yourself.. ask someone to help you DO NOT use this company. Police on there way and I'll be going to trading standards.

Do not use this company. They did an annual service and MOT for us last week, following which they said the car failed its MOT and they quoted £1000 to do a list of repairs. We decided to get a second opinion because this was such a shock and they were quite pushy on the phone. When they returned the car they also did not sign the service record in the car and I had to go to the garage to get this signed. This week we booked our car for an MOT at Halfords and it passed - no work required.

They didnt pick up my car on the date nor time scheduled. It was impossible to get in touch with them as there was no telephone contact number provided on their website or on any communications from them. Their online web chat didn't work as no operators to chat to. Then they called 2-and-a-half hours after the latest scheduled pickup time to say the appointed garage was not able to repair my type of car..... So could they find me another garage for another date... Naturally I told them "No" and that i would use FIXTER instead who were far more reliable. I provided feedback (politely) to the agent who called me saying how difficult it was to contact them or the garage they planned to use. I would never use these guys again.

Given 3 because I hope the garage arranged by servicing stop did do and put the appropriate products said needed on interim inspection i.e. oil, brake fluid etc. I was told car was booked in at 11.30 for service/mot. Was rung at 5pm by service stop saying car waiting 2 b done as last one and Dean talked so fast about things needed for car to be done. I did say the quote sent 2 me half hour earlier I could not access, he then again talked very quickly saying a couple of things free (nothing is free you pay otherways!)and list of other things needed, declined on one as very expensive and felt not needed. I realized when knock on door half hour later they had lied as no way a service mot would be done that quick and my car delivered back to me. I looked up the prices they had quoted on phone and they were highly inflated to the norm I also read up to see other people had same problem. As a woman I think I was easy target and pressurized to say yes quickly. Would not recommend service stop to anyone.
