Please do not use. I booked with servicing stop as couldn't get in with my usual garage and needed my car done quickly for it's MOT. The price of a service and MOT was good , however I was told the additional work needed would be over £1000, as I was told about other things that needed doing but weren't essential so not to worry about them it seemed genuine and I was told I could pay with no interest installments so made it affordable. My gut was telling me to double check this so I called my normal garage who told me the prices quoted were disgusting. I had the work done elsewhere at a cost of £86 and found out that half of what they advised me to do urgently didn't even need doing. The garage they took my car to was brilliant and had lovely staff but the proces servicing stop add on are disgusting .

Conned out of over £1000.00. Much the same as all other poor reviews. Call received, my T5 needed extras to pass the MOT. I wanted a full service as I was selling it. I sent the full service and repair report to the guy I sold it to, who unlike me was much more in the know under the bonnet. None of the things I’d been charged for had been carried out. I’d also put the work lease car in for a service at the same time and was nearly ripped off with that too until I told them I still had a guarantee on the car. They then pooped the phone down on me after saying they were stoping the service and they don’t pick up when you try and call them back. How are they not being stopped? Downright dangerous. Next stop - Trading Standards. I’m sure if enough ripped off customers make that call, they’ll be looked into.

Paid £165 up front for a full service. My car was collected at 07:00 and delivered to the street outside the garage at 07:36. I received a phone call at 12:11 to tell me I required £700 of additional work done to be able to return the car to me and make it tip top. I stated I couldn't afford that and they told me it could be done in finance but they could only guarantee return of my vehicle that day if I signed it quickly and that leaving them a 5* review on trust pilot would push my car to the front of the queue. I agreed and signed the finance agreement at 12:17 paying another 25% deposit. Dashcam footage shows my car was then moved for the first time that day at 12:38 and moved into the garage. No service appeared to be done so I booked an RAC mechanic who has confirmed that my car had dirty oil, spark plugs at least two years old and a dirty air filter. Servicing stop have denied any wrongdoing and have stated that they will not cancel the finance through pay assist which they set up. Pay assist say they will not cancel the finance without authorization from servicing stop. My bank have made a charge back on everything paid out to date and frozen further payments for 13 months. The police have recorded a crime of fraud and referred the case to trading standards. Additionally my car was returned with a dashboard light stating there was a gearbox fault. This turned out to be the Manuel handbrake release cable which they snapped and then hid down behind the engine bay. I have to wait 8 weeks for the financial services ombudsman to step in.

Honestly I’m so gutted this company operate in an awful way…it was a nightmare getting my car booked in and updates, my car got kept longer even when work wasn’t needed. But the worst part is chasing them for months to update my service record…needed really to demonstrate the car has been well maintained. They just don’t do what they say. If your reading this stop servicing please contact me…complete the job I paid you for

I booked for the mot and service ,they didn’t returned my car yet . Its been 8 hours i am wain For my car it supposed to be at 6 pm if tbey cant do it today they should email me or phone me .Now i am woundering where is my Car ? Absolutely scam this people . they are showing cheaper price on the site 100 pounds for visual check up lol when i called them they said they will do everything if i pay 500 pound and will rest the light .Please don’t use SERVICE STOP .ITS A BIGGET SCAM

Please do not use this company, a simple service which should have cost around £200 ended up costing almost £700. The pick up and drop of was fine , but then get a call saying they changed the filter , which they should have been doing anyway, considering my car is only 4 years old, and been serviced regularly, I’ve never had to pay this much before. Literally all they did was oil filter and oil change ( not sure that was even done.) when I tried to call them the phone was unavailable, and I couldn’t get my car back until this amount was paid. Will never use them again.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! They’re an awful company do not think you are getting a good deal, they are bullies who try to scare you into unnecessary work that could cost you thousands. They lie and make the whole process very stressful - please do not use them don't become a victim.

Be warned!!! Do not use this rip off company, got them to service my lease Nissan qashqai which has 6,200 miles on, only used them as the vehicle was picked up & dropped off & quoted £196 online for full service, local garage picked car up to perform the full service, I then received a call from the "servicing stop" office based in London saying that upgraded oil & pollen filter was required & an additional charge of £270 was required, so a total cost of near to £470 for a service to a vehicle with only 6,200 miles, be warned, stay clear from this rip off company!!!

On behalf of my elderly grandmother who used your services, as she struggles on technology. Chris Smart Car, was booked in for an MOT and Service on Thursday 1st August. The price was agreed but before the car was even looked at, my nan was called to say it needed spark plugs and offered an engine flush treatment that's to be done 5k+ miles, which was done last year 2k miles ago but your own company. My nan not knowing any better agreed to additional cost that are MUCH higher then any local garages. The car then wasn't delivered back that day, causing her to miss an appointment as she has no other means of transport due to her disability and no communication on when it would be dropped back. She was so worried that she had been scammed and that her car was stolen due to being unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone that she called the police. The car was then delivered home between 6.30/7pm a day after it's MOT. The lack of communication is ridiculous and lack of care is outstanding.

Call centre the gent that called to say my car past mot & service then said it needed some more work but when I said it was OK I would do it myself he just moan and put the phone down. So I didn't get a service stamped.

Simple service was quoted £180. Called me after they picked it up and said it was now another £700! I told them I could afford that, but they told me the work had been completed. I had to pat in 4 installments. Really gutted that I was ripped off by this bunch of cowboys. Do t touch with a barge pole.

Car never collected. Paid in advance so tried to get a refund. Only automated responses. After three days no contact and no refund. Diabolical. Will try the credit card cotto get my money back. Neill

Collected the car no issues, failed MOT and wanted £180 for one head light bulb and to clean the headlights plus £30 extra for long life oil which I didn’t ask for or want. I’ve been bombarded with emails since giving my email address and also receiving numerous unsolicited cold calls from London numbers since booking. Absolutely would not recommend! *Avoid if possible *

Hi please to all you young people and put on people do not I repeat do not use servicing stop from Enfield they are a rip off they are a broker they rip you off my car is 3 years old booked it in with them for service and MOT got quote 239 pounds to then a phone call from them to say my vehicle needs 2 thousand five hundred pounds off work doing lol to there surprise the garage that done the service and MOT done report and said my car passed with flying colours warning ⚠️ stay away from servicing stop Enfield ✋️

NEVER BOOK!! They are clear scammers. The worst thing I have done in my life is booking their service. They just dropped my vehicle on somebody else’s parking bay without information and not handed over my key ( i don’t have a spare key).. when i saw my car, i emailed them asking about, they are saying they sent key in post, WTF.. but why!!!? They got no customer care over phone and no live chat, it’s just a bot. They just call you for money, you cannot call them back. And work is not transparent. I am still waiting for my key😞

First the positive news. Service and MOT were cheap and the car was delivered back by the promised 6pm (by 2 minutes!). Now the not so good. Car wasn't collected until 11:30am although supposed to be by 10am. Driver had gone to Oldham instead of Northwich despite having the postcode. Secondly as mentioned the service is cheap but they will then try to pressure you into having extra work done eg lifetime engine flush and pollen filter replacement. They try to make their money back on these items by charging extortionate amounts for them. I was quoted £99.24 for a pollen filter replacement on my Mazda 3. I can buy the genuine replacement filter on Amazon for £15 and it is literally a 30 second job to replace it. I won't be using them again
