“Having had a couple of decently priced services on E91 BMW 325i, the last one was a complete rip off.. the bill came to over £2k.. Reading other reviews I too was charged for ridiculously over priced items: for example: FUEL TREATAMENT £79.42 RENEW: BRAKE FLUID £179.62 CHECK & RENEW: ANTI-FREEZE £169.96 (SERIOUSLY???) All ex Vat of course.. That's the last they'll be seeing of me..”

“Customer service shocking. No updates on the car when it would be delivered. Collected on the Friday quoted a load of work needed doing refused all of this work. Held me at random about paying for premium oil or wouldn’t give the car back. Paid for this and never got the car back anyway locked in a garage until Monday with no notice or even informing me if this decision.”

“**Avoid This Garage – Overpriced & Misleading Quotes** I booked an MOT and service with this garage for **£140**, which seemed like a fair price. However, after the service, they called me back recommending additional fluid changes (brake fluid, antifreeze, engine flush, and an oil surcharge). While I expected some extra costs, I wasn’t prepared for what happened next. After the MOT was completed, they called again and hit me with a **£1,500 bill**—a shocking increase from what should have been a reasonable repair cost. When I checked the breakdown of parts and labor, the numbers simply didn’t add up. The work they did should have cost **around £500**, but they massively overcharged for everything. This garage uses **subcontractors**, which means you’re not dealing directly with the mechanics and likely paying a hefty markup. They **don’t give you an honest estimate upfront**, instead calling multiple times to add more charges. By the time you realize what’s happening, you’ve already approved the work. “Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Service I originally booked with this company because of their convenience and discounts, but they have been anything but. They rescheduled my full service and MOT twice, only to cancel last minute, just three days before my MOT runs out. Now, I’m left scrambling to find a local garage and have had to pay an additional £100 to get it sorted. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.”

“Hidden charges, force you to give bank details over the phone on a likely unsecured line, dont arrive on time for collection, demand money before giving car back, car is held like a ransom. I ended up paying more than I would have with my branded dealership purely because I wanted the ease of pickup and drop off.”

“I was a fool, booked in service, quoted £141. But with brake fluid flushed and replaced, bill was over £400. They said a replacement of pollen filter £134.Refused, instead, looked on you tube, ordered a replacement on amazon £7.81, did it myself. Won't be using them again, they're not shy on overpricing”

“Booked car in for service, no one showed or called so i emailed for any update, all I got was a standard automated reply. Called Service Stop number to be greeted with another automated message telling me to email. Currently chasing a refund with little success... Avoid at all costs is my advice!!”

“All I can say is best experience I have had they are very nice people and polite and they explain everything what they do for the Service and MOT and if they need to do any work on your car they phone you to let you know what your car needs done and they give you a choice off paying in full or Instalments pay so much a month for the work and I would Recommend them to anyone and dean was very Professional.”

“Car was collected early. Phoned up to check progress at 5.45 pm Was told the car would be delivered this evening It's now 8pm. Nobody available to talk to me Left without a car and I have a very important meeting early in the morning Was promised my car would be returned this evening but it hasn't. In fact it hasn't moved since 5.45 pm. I have a tracker on it Totally disgusted by the total lack of communication Will not be using servicing stop again”

“Awful company. Complete scammers! Similar to many reviews here, their modus operandi is consistent, they are scammers. They attract you with a low cost service and then ring you to say that you need all this ‘additional work’ which is all charged at extortionate over-inflated prices such as brake fluid change, engine flush. Do not use this company. I have no idea how they are still trading.”

“Cheats and scam artists. They give you cheap price and then ring you trying to up sell. I told them I only wanted what I agreed. They ignored that and then sent an email saying I had agreed to more work. I hadn't agreed so now they have my car and I can't get it back until I pay them £50 more. What option do you have? They are scam artists Just thieves don't use them!”
