“Do not send any money to this fraudulent website. Once they have gained your trust, they will take 70% of the remaining funds in your wallet. You may feel pressured to transfer larger amounts in an attempt to save money, only to find yourself bankrupt. “My experience was awful. Firstly the driver who came to collect my car just sat in his own car rather than come to door to collect keys! The garage then relayed some advisory items that were suggested to service stop but they did not ring me until 5pm which was too late for garage to get done that day. I rang but the guy just hung up. And then called another time but again a different person listened and then hung up again rather than doing anything. The service really is not good. I hate putting up bad reviews but this was not a good experience.”

“DO NOT USE. Watch the Debra Meadon interview with the owners on YouTube. We need -☆ for this company. "Technical error " when I asked for recordings of 2 conversations I had with Chris. These would've proved 2 lies he told me. Contacted trading standards I got a reference number. I asked for a payment delay (3x) no reply. Scam and I have a feeling they target woman.”

“BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANY EVER. IVE JUST HAD MY CAR SERVICED AND MOT DONE NEXT MINUTE I GET A CALL FROM SERVICING STOP IVE GOT TO PAY AND EXTRA £249 FOR BRAKE OIL CHANGE AND NEW POLLEN FILTER CHARGING ME £159 OIL CHANGE POLLEN FILTER £90 LUCKY I THOUGHT FAST AND CHECKED ONLINE UPON FINDING OUT ITS £45 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE BEST ONE. POLLEN FILTER £2.79 FROM EURO CAR PARTS AND DID IT MYSELF , 4 CLIPS TO TAKE OFF AND SLIDE IT IN AS EASY AS THAT , I WATCHED VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE IT WAS A 2 MINUTE JOB TO FIX IM FUMING NEVER USING THESE AGAIN , IVE POSTED THE PICTURES BELOW TO CHECK”

“What a con!!!!!! Anyone thinking of using this company do what it says in the name and STOP!!!! DONOT USE....... they refused to bring my car back if I did not pay extra £40 for oil, wanted over £100 to empty the old oil...... and because I refused to pay they put new oil into the tank of old oil...... u said I would go and collect my car but they said I couldn't that the mechanics would not release the car unless I paid the £40.68...... they were 4 hours late collecting the car I should have known then they were not going to be trustworthy...... I will and have told everyone I know not to ever use them I hope hope this will stop someone else loosing their hard earned money...... keep your money and go to soneone that you know, someone that your neighbours know but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR CAR BACK IF YOU DONT PAY!!!!!”

“Absolute scam, booked and never turned up, no way to get hold of them, live chat function doesn't work. Chatbot goes round in a loop and you can't get hold of anyone. Number that called me to confirm came up on my phone as suspect scam, so clearly their number has been linked to scam work. Luckily I didn't pay in advance but do not waste any time or money going near this company, they are not legitimate and a scam. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. The company shouldn't even exist.”

“Do Not Use Service Stop - Fraudulant approach to requirements. Was advised of a number of requirements "Needed" by service stop advisor on phone once initial service was completed, which sounded unlikely to be real, and I didnt want done. On return of the car the representative of the garage doing the work asked me what Service Stop had quoted me as the required work, which I fed back and he then showed me the email from SS to the Garage where they told the garage they needed to quote for these items. The Garage has said these were not needed and had been checked in good condition, but SS were insistent they quote for the work to be needed. This is a scam company, and a less honest garage would have just carried out whatever work was paid for. Be very aware of this tactic of creating false requirements alongside your service, and avoid at all cost is my advice.”

“Total scam of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They will claim you’ve signed up for a ‘Premium Membership’ and take out £25 a month from you and refuses to give you a refund!! Don’t go with them you think it’s a good deal but it actually isn’t . Wouldn’t even give 1 star”

“Booked a service. They asked me to pre pay, which I did. Then they cancelled. I asked for my money back and received a message to say stop trying to call them. I never got my money back, it’s a scam.”

“Did a service with Servicing Stop paid for the service in full, but now noticed they have used by credit card which I used to pay for the service to take £25 a month. They have taken 3 payments of £25. Cannot seem to talk to a human. Will be fighting to get mu money back. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!”

“Absolutely ridiculous, they find things wrong with your vehicle that don't need addressing/fixing and then charge you double. Our vehicle was delivered in a worse state, than when it was picked up. Customer service takes between 5 and 7 days to respond, so we haven't had a working vehicle for over a week (over the Christmas period). We ended up taking it to a reputable garage and paying even more money out. Please read all the other negative reviews of this company, before making the same mistake we did.”

“Service Stop nightmare I will never recommend or use this company again do not get this led by cheaper prices over the Internet, I paid in advance because they offered me an extra £25 discount so I paid on the Monday and they picked my car up on the Thursday When my car was booked in for an MOT in a service it is an electrical car and IPace which doesn't need much of a service to be honest but I thought £200 was a good price. Nothing to do with the garage that they refuse to give me back my car till they got confirmation of payment payment was made on the Monday the money left my account and reached Servise Stop's account, even though they said they did not receive payment and would not release the car after three hours calling my bank and calling them they finally admitted yes we have now found it with no apology whatsoever they returned my car at 6:30 in the evening I have since requested an invoice that I have serviced my car and payment both from the garage claiming that Service Stop will send me the invoice and they have never done. My recommendation is Never to use that company and to go to a local garage you will never be treated like that. David M 🤦‍♂️- In Manchester -🤦‍♂️”

“19 year old daughters car went into the enfield branch for a service and MOT. 125 dfor the service and 25 for the MOT. Received a call to say the MOT repair work was 2499 pounds! They listed a great long list of items that have nothing to do with an MOT. After numerous phone calls back and forth where they had my daughter in tears due to pressuring her to commit to the 2500, and then hung up on her when she said she wanted to check with her dad. I called them and go the same abusive response. After finally getting through to someone nice, it was confirm that actually the only work needed to pass the MOT was 650 pounds. We agreed and they proceeded. Upon return of the car they left an MOT fail certificate in the car! Upon calling them thy had used the 650 authorised spend (against the MOT repairs) on all the other non required items! This pace is a scam, luckily the phone call was recorded so off to trading standard we go! This was clearly targeted abuse towards a 19 year sold girl who does not understand the mechanics of cars. Incidentally the cost of MOT fix was 250 at a reputable garage.”

“Scam!!! Beware. They collect your car and hold it hostage until an extorsionate bill is paid. Charged £405 for cleaning headlughts and brake fluid change, one hour labour at most. Trading standards now taking up the case for me.....avoid”
