“Sent a 25 kg suitcase from Spain to Colorado, US. it arrived flawlessly 2 days before. It is quite expensive however, so we will not use this as often as we would like. I will point point out that I got an email form the carrier asking for authorization to open our bag due to forbidden items found inside. Turns out I had a small mosquito repellent bottle, and diaper rash cream. In the end I don't think they opened the bag but it was really stressful to think the bag might not make it. So triple check all the lists of items forbidden in your suitcase's route (eg. NO LIQUIDS in EU USA) routes!”
