“Everything that needed to be done in preparation was communicated beforehand. The bags being sent were picked up here (Sale, Manchester)on the Friday and delivered to our family in Lutz, Florida by the Monday. Thank you. We would not hesitate to use it again and have publicised the excellent service with family and friends.”

“This was the second time we used send my bag to move things between countries. Part of our bags were separated and came on different days but they were in contact with us the whole time about where they were and when they would arrive. Some arrived early and some arrived on the original estimated day of delivery.”

“Amazing customer service! I accidentally picked up the wrong suitcase at the airport and didn’t realise until I got home (3 hours away). Send my bag made it beyond easy to courier the bag back to the owner in a very timely manner.”
