“If sending a large duffel bag, overestimate the dimensions or you will pay extra charges after it’s delivered. My issue was my contents shifted during shipping and I was charged 30% more then the original estimate, during the scans at the shipper.”

“Communication from Send My Bag is good and questions are answered promptly. The website is easy to navigate. This is the third time I have used Send My Bag and all experiences have been good. However, this time was excellent. There was a huge difference in the condition of my bags with FedEx as the courier versus earlier deliveries with DHL. I had expected my bags to be non-usable after the shipment however, they arrived unscathed! Bravo!”
