“Super impressed. It’s a complex process but their step by step instructions, label delivery service and amazingly intuitive website made it ridiculously easy. Great value too and the courier even arrived a few days early. Have recommended their service to a number of friends and will absolutely use them again.”

“Very smooth process, would definitely recommend. Their website and app are easy to use. Pick up and delivery was on time. I was contacted after they picked up my package to say that it exceeded maximum measurements, but I had photographic evidence that it actually didn’t. It must’ve changed shape after being picked up by DHL. They didn’t charge me an extra fee bc I had photos. Very quick to respond and were polite”

“My wife reached out to her friends in Singapore for advice on how to retrieve a suitcase to NZ. They all recommended Send My Bag. Very easy process including sending bag labels from the UK to Singapore on time during COVID then pick up and prompt delivery to my doorstep in NZ. Best price option too. Thoroughly recommended”
