“This service probably works well for certain circumstances, but my experience was far from ideal, and I don't plan to use the service again. First, all times in the bag tracker are based on the time in Ireland, which is not useful for consumers. The times should either be the time of the sending or delivering location. Second, our bags were damaged - the zippers on the suitcases were all snapped off. Generally, the bags took a significant beating. Maybe the company should recommend against using luggage. Third, our delivery location was somewhat remote, which drove up the cost. Fourth, the company simply didn't pick up the bags on the scheduled date, which meant the bags could have been stolen. Fifth, for the pickup from location 1, they came and knocked on the door, but for the pickup from second location, they refused to do that, so we left them out for 2 days. Sixth (and biggest problem), SendMyBag is just an intermediary - they farm out the delivery work to FedEx at al. Ultimately, there is no reason to use them instead of the direct carrier. We tried the service because we thought it would be convenient, but it really wasn't.”

“Excellent service. Prompt delivery to Spain and home. This meant I could travel with a smalll suitcase and then receive my larger case when I got to my destination for a 6 week stay. Will use again. Customer service agents were efficient and brilliant. Thanks Mark .”
