“Fast, reliable, convenient, easy. Guys you're great. It would be great also to be told a time range for the delivery and perhaps if the driver would give a call. My parcel was left outside and I didn't know about it.”

“Sent a bag for £19.99 ,then recieved an email claiming it was over weight which was impossible as it was a standard case full of clothes and an invoice for £42 ,total rip off ,won’t use again”

Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and sorry to hear about the oversize fee. Looking at your order I can see the charge was based on size rather than weight. All items have their dimensions scanned as they move through the network and if they are found to exceed the allowance paid for a charge is raised. Mistakes are rare but can happen, in the email sent notifying you of the charge there is also information on how to dispute it, please have a look at that email and if you would like to dispute it send us an email at reviews@sendmybag.com and we'll be happy to help.

“I’ve used this service a few times over the years and I never have problems. This was the first time to send a carton which was a bit worse for wear upon arrival despite meeting the criteria for sending a carton. But it’s hardly surprising given the amount of handling it goes through.”

“Good service, it's become much more reliable recent years. I'd only warn users that want exact delivery dates if you're sending to hotel etc that they can fluctuate these days with curiors (out of SMB's control) and I've had things arrive a day early/late here and there. Asides that, if it's not an issue I'd def recommend.”
