“I used SendmyBag to ship a few boxes from Germany to the US. The booking process is easy and straightforward, the platform is very user-friendly. I was provided clear instructions on how to pack my boxes, what is allowed and what isn't. Very helpful! Even though the local delivery/shipping service provider mixed something up and didn't show up - the support team at SendmyBag immediately arranged a new pick-up. My boxes were picked up within an hour. Tracking was seamless and my boxes arrived in perfect condition, even sooner than it was anticipated. Compliments to SendmyBag - great service and affordable prices!”

“The service was great until after it landed. Then wanted extra money for claiming it was over the size. To dispute you needed photos of the measurements and weight of box. Of course by this time the box had been unpacked and discarded. So take photos when sending!! Which they do not tell you”

“A bit tricky to figure out the paperwork to start with, but excellent service once completed. Picked up on Thursday in the US and delivered on Monday in the U.K. All arrived safe and sound. Will definitely use again.”
