“Excellent service! Bags were picked up Friday morning and then delivered to a rural address in New Zealand very early Tuesday morning - and the Monday had been a public holiday! Will definitely use again. The phone help was great, quickly helping resolve any issues or queries I had as a first-time user.”

“Efficient, useful and takes the weight out of the trip... I was worried about the suitcase being thrown about ruthlessly so I covered it in cling film and secured the wheels.... it got home in perfect condition and I could See from the state of the Cling film that it hadn’t been maltreated... thanks again”
