“I am very happy with the service I receive at the Sutton Coldfield branch. The contact lens lady is always very good and couldn’t be more helpful. My gas permeable lens was uncomfortable so I had the fit adjusted and also given a two week trial with a soft lens to see if it would suit me better. I also purchased new glasses and Maxine who dealt with me was really helpful and went through all the different options with regard to which frames would suit me best. Would highly recommended Scrivens for either contact lenses or glasses.”

“I recently attended your branch at 87 Upper St Giles Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1AB after having problems with my NHS Hearing Aids. I found that even with the volume on full I was constantly having to say “Excuse me or Pardon “ and turning he TV level up. I was seen by your lady (I believe her name is Hanna ) and surprised at the professional way she investigated my hearing problems, I thought they would just turn the volume up but she when in to depth with a hearing test etc. The end result is I can now hear much clearer and feel I have got my life back, so thank you Hanna you are a credit to Scrivens.”

“Great team in Witney. Eye test post cataract surgery first rate. Still need some specs though. Ordering the glasses was made challenging due to the computer system but the Scrivens team handled "computer-says-no" with patience and humour. One very minor thing that could be better is that it would be good if the staff had name badges and/or introduced themselves.”

“I picked my spectacles up at Scrivens Rugeley, and I was warmly welcomed by Louise the manager , she was very helpful in every way possible as all the staff are , I am really pleased with quality and price. Also I had my hearing aids from Scrivens Rugeley and Stuart the Audiologist is brilliant”

“Scrivens Weymouth on top as usual. Had a problem with my eyes and bright sunlight. Got seen the same day and was diagnosed with minor cataracts. The advice given was fantastic and I soon had new glasses with darkening glass that has greatly improved my issue. Sonya is great and knows her stuff she talks to you in a friendly way and explains everything to you. Definitely recommended.”

“First time using this opticians in Peacehaven. Having used paw savers previously , and I have received Utterly fantastic service by all at Scrivens. The branch was well staffed, all of whom were polite, professional, helpful and attentive. Very thorough tests, everything explained by knowledgable staff. Huge choice of frames. Fantastic . 5* Will recommend and not go elsewhere now. Thank you”
