“Grantham Branch. The service I received from Raj Kurani was outstanding. Professional, thorough, every step was explained and all questions answered in full. Raj was very easy to talk to and took an interest throughout. I would recommend him without doubt. Simone had great product knowledge and helped me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble, she went beyond in her service in all aspects. 5+ star service all the way. Thank you very much. Joanne.”

“Visited the Three Tuns Wolverhampton Branch today for an eye test. Friendly, knowledgeable. efficient staff, especially front of house. Very impressed with the level of customer service provided.”

“Fantastic service. Been having hearing issues , Popped in to make an appointment , Next day , was given and examination Excessive ear wax . Had to make another appointment . 3 Days later , I was a bit nervous the Audiologist explained the procedure , And 25 mins later I could hear perfectly . Many Thanks to all the staff at Scrivens Royston Herts”

“Today was my first visit and I couldn't be happier. All the staff are so friendly and helpful .Linda explained everything to me & made me feel so welcome.Very professional. I will definetly be recommending Scrivens to my family and friends.I won't be going anywhere else for my eye tests & glasses.Wonderful service.”

“Myself and my Mother have been patients at the Stapleford (Notts) branch for many years and we have always received excellent service from all the staff and from the Optometrist and Audiologist. I had no hesitation in returning to purchase additional glasses (prescription sunglasses) and computer glasses. All the items were affordably priced and arrived well within the quoted timeframe. Not forgetting my hearing aids which I am equally pleased with. **Highly recommended**”

“Just back from visiting Megan in Malton for a hearing appointment to get my Dad's hearing aids working well for him again. Megan couldn't have been more helpful and has sent my Dad away really happy that he can hear again. At his advanced age, being able to join in conversation is so important and he hasn't been able to do that lately. Megan explained everything clearly and was cheerful and non judgemental. Emma and Hilary were also very helpful and welcoming”

“I visited Scrivens Peacehaven this morning , I can't recommend them highly enough. All staff were ,courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable of their profession . They explained every test and nothing was to much trouble. I didn't feel rushed whilst choosing frames, the assistant was very helpful.”

“This was my second visit to Scrivens Hunslet where I was seen by Clare both times.Here knowledge, care and explanation of the procedure she was explaining throughout my visit was exemplary. She had a friendly professional attitude which made me comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommended and a credit to Scrivens Hearing.”

“I went to Gosport Scrivers branch for a hearing aid. There was a young consultant who helped me with my hearing aid. Her name was Abi Warrington. She was very friendly, smiley and exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.”
