“Excellent service from the ladies (Lorraine, Teresa and Dawn) at Loughborough Scrivens. Very efficient at setting up my eye appointment and glasses order. Glasses arrived a week after eye test which I didn't expect so close to Christmas! Thank you!”

“Had a very pleasant experience at the Broadstone branch. Ms, Coombes was very efficient and informative while carrying out my test and was happy to answer my questions for me. The shop staff were very friendly and once I'd explained what I was looking for the assistant what I was looking for she picked out a pair of glasses which were exactly right. I'm looking forward to getting them soon.”

“I always feel the optician is caring and thorough with my eye test. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable as the staff are amazingly friendly and chatty and l wouldn’t go anywhere else now, well worth the travel”

“Wonderful service as always. The eye rest made it easy to choose the best lenses. All information was good. Choosing the frames was really helpful as I never know what suites me. Choosing the best deal was also done very helpfully. Thanks to all the staff.”

“I had lots of problems with my eyes in the last few months and the optician Nadine Williamson was excellent and so caring. Jan was also excellent in sorting out my lens and frames. It was very difficult to find frames which suited my prescription and my face and she worked so hard to achieve this. The ideal frame for me is Oasis brand and it disappointing that these are no longer available.”

“Heanor Branch - staff 100% there for you - Optician so professional and helpful -also very calming and seems can deal with any kind of problem. Staff make you feel welcome and again are very friendly and professional. You feel you are getting personal attention rather than going to a large multinational franchise. Would recommend 100%”

“I have suffered with poor hearing and tinnitus for years and have tried various different devices. A friend recommended I visit Amanda, the audiologist at the Haywards Heath branch. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and the solution provided has literally changed my life. Social situations were becoming unbearable with not being able to hear or contribute to the conversation. I have my social life back. After care has been fantastic too. Thanks!”

“Hearing aids fitting appointment this a.m. at Norwich St.Giles branch. From the first point of contact my experience has been excellent. Friendly,professional and engaged staff with nothing too much trouble. Patiently providing expert assistance. Reception staff helpful with early appointment to see Audiologist Hannah King who dispensed assessment and advice towards a remedial outcome of a high standard. Many thanks.”

“I had my 1st hearing aids fitted by Hannah at Lymington this week. She was professional and helpful. The aftercare team spent time with me explaining how to look after my hearing aids and they quickly link my phone to my aids. Everyone has been excellent in my opinion. So helpful.”
