“Great service. Came quickly. Robust toy but box damaged. Toy is fine. It is a birthday present so disappointed. Royal Mail throw things around. It was only in a brown paper bag. Box looks sad!!”

“I ordered a wooden toy for my son’s first birthday and it was delivered with a figure missing. I emailed and got a response within minutes, the problem was resolved within the hour with a complete replacement being sent out. I also don’t have to go to the trouble of sending the toy with the missing figure back, I was told I could donate it. Great customer service!”
