“Sadly the beautiful doll that I ordered wasn’t up to scratch. The overlocking on the dress hem and one sleeve was sub-standard and also coming away which looked awful. Customer Services offered a 50% refund on the doll and I did what I could to tidy this up as I did not have time to wait for the couriered replacement that they offered. Very happy with service - just a shame that manufacture and quality control on the doll wasn’t 100%.”

“Directed to the website by our Daughter in Law so we could order some toys for our Grandson. Quickly found the items we required & ordered. Products received promptly, well wrapped & as described. Would happily recommend.”

“Ive been buying from Scandiborn for years and they never disappoint. They have such an array of products i really don't have to go anywhere else. They inspire so many gifts! There has only been one occasion when i had an issue and their customer service was second to none.”
