“The fairy doll looked a bit different in real life than in the marketing photo. Still very cute and will be perfect for the child who will receive it. No issues at all with the ordering and delivery process. Very quick and item well packaged.”

“Outstanding customer service. The courier didn't attempt delivery and sent the package back to Scandiborn. We couldn't contact the courier, but Scandiborn got back to us immediately and sent the item out again by 24 hour delivery. Brilliant service and item.”

“Even when for some reason the delivery company returned my purchase to the company, my postage was reimbursed and the product sent out to me immediately. Emails were dealt with promptly. Fully recommend.”

“Paid £48 for a child's toy only to find out it was dropped by £10 soon after purchasing form scandiborn, not open my parcel yet as its a Christmas present hope everything is in the box, feel a bit let down ,”
