“I ordered a scooter for my sons birthday, I have spent over a week corresponding with customer service, to which nothing has been resolved. I am awaiting confirmation of my order being cancelled and a refund to be processed. I was told my order was sent, I then sent proof from ‘shop’ that it had not been dispatched.”

“Unfortunately a very bad experience, I have never had this before and the products are always very good . I had ordered a stroller for a birthday gift and as opened it I noticed one piece was missing ( I tried to return this or a part to be sent However I still haven’t received the part or label to send this parcel back Very bad customer service and no alternative has been offered Disappointed as quality is always 100% Unless this get resolved, I won’t be order From here again”
