“Everything I received looks really good quality with the exception of a Liewood Lance Baby dinner set Rose multi mix. I don't know if the items were meant to be slightly different shades of pink but it makes it look as though the cup is faded, e.g. due to being on display, vs. the bowl which is a brighter colour. The safari one I bought is great.”

“We ordered the wooden kitchen for our little girl. The items arrived very well packed, however at least 5 of the parts were damaged/ chipped. I have complained and received 20% refund, the customer service in professional and responded to my email quickly, is just a shame that some of the parts are not perfect.”

“The item I purchased was a gift and the birthday is still to come. However, the push along toy I purchased, arrived promptly, looks lovely and seems to be of high quality. My reason for only 3 stars is I found the postage to be extortionate. In this instance I went with it as this was a particular item I wanted but it would stop me buying items again.”

“Love scandiborn products and I’ve ordered before with no issue, but this recent order came a bit damaged. Not the item itself but the box, and it was a gift so was upset about that! Looked a bit battered, even though it was well protected inside another box for delivery so it must’ve been packed like that. Would still order again though, I’ll just be a bit wary of ordering gifts.”

“Order placed 6th August. Disappointed all around. Ordering was simple enough but the issues started thereafter. Some items are drop shipped from suppliers, so they arrived at different times. I think we ended up with 4 deliveries in total... we had another email saying an item was being shipped which we'd already received. The website added a £75 gift card, which we assumed was because we spent over a certain threshold. This also came through on the order confirmation after purchase. When this was queried later, as it wasn't part of the shipment - we were told it wasn't valid as we used a discount code. The value of the gift card was higher than the discount, so Scandiborn said they could invoice me the discount amount and then send me the gift card. We had an issue with a Snuzpod, with an accessory being sent in the wrong colour within the bundle. Reported on 12th August and we still have this item, which is waiting to be picked up - but nobody knows when. Scandiborn said they will keep me updated but days go in between contact as they apparently have to contact Snuz to arrange collection and a replacement. There seems to be a reluctance to engage on the phone. Scandiborn requested collection of the item but nobody has been. In hindsight, we'd have spent the £500 elsewhere. We will definitely not be using them again once we have a resolution to our current issue.”
