“Overall my experience shopping with Scandiborn was good however I was somewhat disappointed with the manner of your response to my enquiry to customer service. Cleary my email had not been read properly as the reply was generic, did not answer or even attempt to answer the question but rather gave an excuse (for what I'm not sure) of Brexit". My polite reply resulted in a rather abrupt- "if you want to return the goods see below". I am much more inclined to become loyal to a particular brand when I have confidence that the after service is exemplary.”

“This is possibly the best customer service I have ever received. After I'd made a mistake on ordering, the customer service team sorted this out within an hour, had refunded me and had corrected it without me having to do anything. I am amazed!!
