“The products look good but we’d like to return them as we object to all the plastic packaging. With such nice wooden toys we really didn’t expect or appreciate plastic bags wrapping each individual item. The items are already in nice card display packs and the delivery came in a pack of its own so this was really unnecessary”

“The silicon changes the taste of water. It tastes chemically, it may go away after a while, but the sippy cup I have for a while now catches smells so easily. The water never tastes right.”

“This company are just wonderful! When there was a mishap with delivery (not their fault), they went out of their way to help me and resolved my concern very quickly. Each member of the customer service team are dedicated, polite and knowledgeable.
