“Horrific customer service. I ordered gifts on 11/30 and they're still overseas. They took over 2.5 weeks to even be shipped, and you have to beg for responses to emails. Received a snarky response informing me that I'd receive a tracking number when I asked when they'd arrive. I know how tracking numbers work, but it doesn't tell me if you provided expedited shipping OR an anticipated arrival date. Never purchasing from here again.”
