“Because of the item getting lost I missed my granddaughters birthday had to buy another gift so I might just send this item back. Just refunding the postage price did not really say sorry.”

“I’ve had a really good experience with Scandiborn. I received a faulty product which was rectified straight away. Unfortunately when the second item came we had the same problem which goes down to a manufactory fault. Charlotte has been incredibly helpful throughout and remains ongoing.”

“I ordered a folding bucket, spade and flyer. All arrived quickly. My 2 year old grandson was delighted. He lives near a lake and gets taken there on a trailer attached to his dad's bicycle. The bucket folds beautifully and goes into his little backpack. The small spade is firm and useful for filling the bucket with stones. A really great idea.”

“Overall, I’m really happy with the products. They’re aesthetically pleasing, a good quality overall and I’m happy with the value for money. The only reason I’m not giving the items 5 star is that my Walker came with a chip on the wheel, which is a bit disappointing as it was a gift. Not enough to return, it arrived only days before my sons birthday anyway, but a little disappointing considering the price that the item wasn’t perfect condition.”
