“It was my second order with Scandiborn. I have received 2 out of 3 items, I written to them about it and till no no response. I wanted to swap item on my first order and I had the same situation ! No one is getting back to you.”

“lovely quality products at a good price, promptly delivered. Unfortunately the product box was damaged which isn't great for a gift, so packaging could be improved. Didn't request a replacement for environmental reasons.”

“I ordered an organic cotton swaddle blanket which took ages to arrive and then discovered it was coming from Hong Kong. I would not have bought it if I had known it was travelling from so far and for a sustainability company I think it should be stated where items are coming from.”

“I’ve requested to return a product and I received an email saying my return request was successful and I would receive a follow up email with further instructions. This was at the beginning of this month and the returns request was put in at the end of last month. Your return process needs updating your competitors have a much easier and efficient way of returning. This has really put me off purchasing from you again.”
