“I love the unique products available on scandiborn. I had a bit of an issue with a next day order placed, took longer than expected to arrive. This was down to the postal company and not scandiborn. However scandiborn were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help and rectified the problem. A very happy customer”

“We bought a lovely baby changing table, but sadly it came with one screw less and unfortunately we are still waiting for a replacement which is very frustrating.”

“Bought an expensive wooden toy that arrived late, incomplete and not well made, wheels scraping when turning. They sent the missing piece and said they would just pass on our comments to the supplier. Strange response, really, very attentive but not what you would expect when a customer reports of a fault.”

“Ordered the MamaToyz Bold Ride On. Was missing parts, so I couldn't assemble it. Requested spare parts after 2-weeks of no replacements, i was informed that there were no more parts for the toy and I can either accept a 20% price reduction or refund. I don't believe the excuse of not having the parts. I don't believe a reduction of 20% for a toy that is unusable without them is a just alternative.”
