“I have bought several items for my granddaughters from Scandiborn. The items were of good quality and arrived promptly. The most important thing for me, is to buy toys and books that are safe and of good quality for young children. That is why I use Scandiborn, I know that I am buying toys that are safe.”

“Although through no fault of your own, I have yet to receive your products as dpd have yet to deliver nearly two weeks late. They keep rearranging each day for the next. I’m getting concerned that it will never come. Is there anything you can do?”

“The product I ordered was very good however the delivery from DPD was shocking having to wait over two weeks for delivery and endless emails stating they have unexpected problems. Very poor service Sadly the product i boght arrived to late for my grandson birthday.”
