“Lovely products but the delivery driver had thrown the box over my gate and the box was opened (or hadn’t been sealed properly) when I collected it. Thankfully it hadn’t been raining!”

“They sold me a cot and the unique matching mattress. They delivered just the cot and a month after they say they wont have the mattress and would refund me. The mattress is 2 times more expensive in other shops, and they dont own the issue. On top of that, they keep selling the mattress to potentially scam more people into buying the cot - that by the way is like 900£”

“Beautiful mat. Very well made. It’s thin but will look very nice under the Christmas tree. Just to note, online the mat looked cream but it is an oatmeal (natural) base colour.”

“A gem of a find for baby and toddler gifts that are both well thought out in terms of design for the little ones and style for the adults. Lots of stock to pick from across a range of budgets. Item was delivered very quickly and just as described on site with regular updates from ordering until arrival.”

“the products are great but very disappointed with the service. You need to be more upfront and make it clear that sale items are non-refundable. In a previous order of swimwear (x5 pieces) I've been told I can't get a refund on the items we don't want to keep. We ordered multiple sizes and would have never purchased any had we known. The policy is not the problem it's the lack of clear communication around it.”

“I have placed an order of 2000$. The products is not delivered to me (return to the sender at the custom) and they refuse to give me the refund. I have tried to contact with them a lot but their altitude is so bad and refuse to help me.”
