“Great product the only reason not a 5 is because my purchase came in plastic packaging. I bought the adult single kapok duvet. It's well made and all natural! Fantastic, would be great to see this is larger sizes too.”

“Quick delivery and happy with service, until I tried to return an item. I've not heard anything for 3 days now and have not yet been give the go ahead to return the item. It's now the weekend and the response is they aren't open till Monday to deal with my resent email asking for a reply. Sadly, disappointing.”

“After receiving the wrong items and a slightly delayed response from the customer service team, the Scandiborn team worked their magic and sorted everything! Not only did they replace the items that should have been delivered and sent them on an express delivery, they also asked me to donate the baby toys that were sent incorrectly to the local children’s charity.”
