“Products are lovely. But the service was slow. Waiting nearly 4 weeks for a rug to arrive when it was meant to be 3-5 days, and only received an update after I chased. No offer to refund the delivery bearing in mind it was 3 weeks late or response back!”

“The item ordered was lovely but the delivery took far too long with no updates until I emailed asking where the item was so for customer service not great . After I contacted them yes they did respond but for high end goods I expect better Customer service , saying this I will use again Thankyou”
