“I ordered a cot which arrived with a broken screw meaning it could not be put together properly. It took over 3 months to receive a replacement screw. I often had to chase customer service for any reply to my emails asking about this. I was offered £50 compensation which doesn’t come close to making up for the delay.”

“Whilst I was very happy that the products were as described and hoped for by the recipient of my gift...the package did not arrive in good condition.
