“Paid for delivery in 7 days on 7th day i phoned them to see were it was & was told they didn't have it in sock, but no one had rang me to tell me. So had to wait another week untill i was off work because someone had to be home when it was delivered. So not happy with the service .”

“Submitted an order. Then was told (a week later), we will deliver sometime on x date between 6am and 8pm. I understand that deliveries are difficult to predict but please phone me first to ‘arrange’!”
