“One of two worktop lengths sent was the wrong design and also slightly damaged at the cut end, with no few centimetres extra to allow for cosmetic trimming. I sent an email overnight and by 8.30 the following morning they had already arranged for a replacement to be sent and the wrong item to be collected next day. It was an annoying warehouse mistake but you can't fault the speed with which they sorted this out. This is the second time I've bought from Savoy Timber and I would definitely go to them again as I've been delighted with their previous worktop, and value for money is great.”

“Ordered a fair bit of conti board, most of it was grubby and had marks that had to be cleaned off before use. A couple of lengths had small chips along the edge which I would expect to be honest. Delivery was within a week, and the delivery driver was very helpful. Can't complain on price, always seem to be just a little bit cheaper then everyone else.”

“Wrong goods to start with pick the Wrong goods up quicker than they deliver and then give it another go and tufnals damage them then want me to wait another five days no chance refunded”

Hello, i am so sorry for the experience you have received this is not the outcome that you or ourselves want to happen we did arrange a replacement to be re sent out to you as soon as you made us aware of the situation unfortunately the couriers then damaged this and we could not meet the timescales that you required so sorry, we did of course refund you as requested. “Ordered online arrived to collect had to go inside wait in line for collection note then take outside to yard where is the convenience ? Order should have been with the yard ready for collection!!”
