“Ordered 3m length worktop on a Thursday, was told would be delivered between the following Wednesday and Friday. It actually by the Sunday, such fast service, in excellent condition on arrival”

“Unbelievable. Ordered the decking, didn't receive on the first delivery day, then the second, then the 3rd. Called after the 3rd failed delivery "erm we don't know where it is " 😐 Had builders booked to erect the decking which we had to cancel and cost us money then on the second chase up they said they'd order another to be delivered. Waited. No delivery.. had no idea so asked for a refund. Scammers held my money for weeks . Eurgh.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, we do apologise for our 3rd party courier delays, it is such an unprecedented time and in our 70 year history have never experienced such frustrating instances as you have experienced, but I must say they are rare, we have lodged a formal complaint with our courier company as any delay is so frustrating. It seems your consignment was dispatched on time but was mis routed within our courier network therefore we took the decision to re dispatch a brand new consignment to ensure your delayed was kept to a minimum. We do state though that our customers should never pre book tradespeople as goods should be received, checked and verified before booking, this in to ensure all products have been recieved and there is no damage and on the rare occasion there is a delay tradespeople are not booked and cannot perform the works. Again we do share your frustration and apologise for the delay and do hope your project is a great success.

“A big thankyou, had my living room floor up, went online and found Savoy to have my size of material at the right price. Paid online in the afternoon and received an unexpected call from a lovely lady saying that i could have delivery the next morning, "WOW" !. A special thanks to friendly, chatty, Joe, delivered my timber without one single dent in the tongues or grooves, even ran his tape measure over it and explained the cutting procedure.”

“The worktop had a number of chips in it which would ruined the look had I not had to cut it in places the chips could be hidden. The fact that the worktop was damaged was never stated. Not impressed”

Hi There, The worktop left us in perfect condition. They are checked by 2 people and wrapped to protect them before they leave us. I can see damage on the picture you added and we are so sorry that the couriers have damaged your worktop. We are always ready to help if any problems occur. Hi Sir, Thanks for your review, I am sorry your not happy with your product . We found out that the manufacturer has upgraded the product ,so the rebate is attached to suit the door on installation. We are sorry that we did not find this out from the manufacturer, until after they dispatched your order. I know the last time you spoke to someone you advised that you would decided if you would like to use the product, or return. You advised you would be back in touch if you wished to return the product. Could you confirm did you use the product or would you like us to get in touch with the manufacturer to arrange a return the goods in question ? Kind Regards Savoy Timber

“Overall service was excellent, Dave the delivery driver was very helpful. However prior to his delivery another driver came on his own and insisted he needed 4 people to carry in a few work tops which wasn’t necessary at all. Plus I don’t have 4 people hanging around my house to help and I payed delivery? Would highly recommend savoy if Dave is delivering to you”
