“I ordered my required lengths of timber online and the Preston store phoned me the following morning to say my order was ready to be collected. When I arrived, the store was very quiet and two members of staff carried the timber out to my van for me. I don't know if this is usual practice for them, or if it was because they weren't busy. The staff were all friendly and made me feel very relaxed.”

“Good points; Ordering was easy, lead time was ok, door seems ok but not fitted yet, time will tell. Bad Points; delivery charge was very expensive especially as Tufnell's only give between 8 - 6pm meaning needing to stay in all day. Very backward as vast majority of deliverers give a 2 hr window these days”

Hi there apologies for the delay in your delivery I have just checked and Parcelforce failed to deliver and your parcel was returned to the London South East depot at 19.37 last night it is now out for delivery today - in our estimation this would suggest they ran out of time to deliver your package. I will chase this for you and email you via your email address apologies for the delay in your delivery - but you can track your item on the Royal Mail tracking service with the delivery ID you were emailed - it is frustrating I agree when deliveries are delayed and it is beyond our control we will contact you shortly regards Savoy Timber
