Apologies for the error in delivery but the courier was given the correct delivery postcode as per your order, I hope it was not too difficult to get your item to your home address, could you please let us know which address the courier company delivered to and we will inform them of this- was this a wrong number on your road?

“Prompt delivery. Timber (oak) in good condition, no warps or splits. One of the few carpentry timber websites to clearly show sizes, materials and number of pieces. Nice change after seeing so many 'lucky bag' suppliers trying to sell miscellaneous scraps.”

“We purchased from here as they had large full length decking boards. Our order was processed quickly & a delivery day set, but it didn’t turn up by mid afternoon. I contacted customer services and they said that the courier they had used had forgotten the delivery! So would deliver tomorrow, but I wasn’t in. Customer services were very helpful and arranged for the courier to come back later that day. I was impressed that they sorted it out quickly.”
