“I ordered a 1.5 cut to size worktop and I got an email asking what size I wanted and they said they would do it for me then when iv received my item it's not been cut to size at all”

Good Afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent delivery. Our worktops are supplied over length to allow for trimming, we do state this on our website. We also offer a cut to size service at an additional cost if you require an exact length of worktop. I hope that despite this, you will not be deterred from shopping with us in the future. “Service was brilliant, superb communication, but the best part was the driver who delivered to me on the 17th Dec (CH66 area) he was a character, proper old school with great banter and he's a credit to your company, so give him an xmas bonus you tight arses :) p.s. the quality of the worktops are exceptional”

“Customer service by the driver was absolutely brilliant though I was slightly perturbed that he was responsible for several extremely heavy 3m worktops and did not even have a drivers mate. He did not want me to help him but I insisted as they were very awkward to manoeuvre through the house. I think that is the only recommendation I could make as your service was brilliant, I just worry that if someone injured or hurt themselves and were alone, how do they get help?”

Hi Brenda, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. I have looked into this and can confirm that your order was dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery via our third party courier, Tuffnells. I have checked their tracking system and can see that this has reached the depot local to yourself but hasn't gone forward for delivery. I have contacted the courier to find out what's happened with your order and I will be in touch tomorrow when they come back to me so that we can get this resolved for you. “I really amazed , I order 4.2 M handrail and they send me 3.6M which was not enough for my need . and they are amazing . they send me free for 3.6 M extra with all the part . and its solve my problem . i love the customer device .
